On a Saturday morning we visited the lone tenant in this beautiful building. At the moment we walked through the door there was a transformation from covid world to a precious time when excellence was the ambition. The decor is designed to elevate the spirit and the fare is an experience. Sound a little wordy? Better see for yourself.

Your can tell the owner takes great pride in his hole-in-the-wall shop. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. The owner was working behind the counter and gave us excellent recommendations. The coffee was phenomenal and the food is homemade. Sadly we were just passing through, otherwise we would be coming back weekly. There is a parking lot next to the building and plenty of street parking. Highly recommend!

What a lovely coffee shop! We got the house special coffee, and it was so good! I also had a bowl of the lasagna soup, and my husband had the breakfast sandwich and loved it. We also took a muffin to go! The owner was super nice and pleasant to chat with, had plenty of recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely stop here on your way through town!!

My friends and I stopped by on the way to a camping trip. Great sandwiches, and the coffee con azuquita might be the best coffee Ive ever had. The owner was very friendly and enthusiastic and took genuine pleasure in making sure customers enjoyed their experience. I would definitely recommend taking a little detour if youre on the way to one of the parks in the area.

Nice coffee shop. It has Biblical passages on the wall, so if you would be put off by that, maybe another shop would work better. But the staff is polite and helpful, and doesnt preach. And the coffee is great.

The Cafe Con Azuquita is hands down the BEST coffee I have ever had! Walk, bike, drive, crawl or use anyway you can to get to the Jitter House to have a cup!!! It is so worth the trip! If I could move it to Portland, I would in a second. Owner (Sam) is a wonderful gentleman and he makes a mean creamy oatmeal!!! Love, love, love this coffee place!

Its alright, the food was okay but a little lack luster on the spicy sandwich. The coffee was just alright, It was enjoyable but somehow the only way I can describe the coffee is greasy, I dont know how coffee can be described as greasy but it just Is. Otherwise its an alright little coffee shop. The worker, possibly the owner? Was a little to pushy for my comfort.

Delicious coffee, super friendly, the owner gave us a recommendation and it was super good. He definitely knows what he’s doing! Very positive vibes! I think this place would be perfect with a little updating on the interior design, but it’s still quirky and sweet!

Enjoyed a delicious Honey Latte on our journey from Olympic NP to Portland. Great charm and personality that makes me want to go back soon. Id recommend this place to anyone and everyone passing through or staying a while. The owner was kind, energetic and personable!

Excellent welcome from Sam, the owner. He explained the menu and popular suggestions. As a vegan, ordered a veggie panzanella without cheese and a latte with oat milk. Absolutely delicious and would definitely stop in again.

Sam & Christina are the coolest! They are so friendly and so sweet. We were visiting from out of town, my boyfriend is addicted to coffee, and we love pastries so I wanted to find the best place to go.All of the reviews for The Jitter House are so positive so we decided to come in. I loved the place immediately. Sam recommended a drink for me to try and it was perfect. He came over and gave us a little complimentary cheesecake for Valentines Day. I love cheesecake and this one was amazing. I would love to go back here. They put so much love and care into everything.

Awesome service. The hot chocolate with half and half is so creamy and foamy. And the chicken and apricot panini are delicious, as is procetto. As our family says how the bathroom is so is the kitchen. Hence photo of bathroom. Great place with Love and care evident.

Coffee was great and also had a turkey avocado panini, it was excellent! The menu for food is small, not a lot of choices. Hopefully youre not in a hurry. Everything is handmade and takes time.

This is the best coffee shop in Hoquiam. The coffee is amazing and you have to try the Cafe Con Aruquita. They only make a limited quantity of breakfast sandwiches each day so get there early before they sell out. Sam is super friendly and will make you feel welcomed.

Excellent!Was passing through and looking for lunch, lucked out and found this place. The coffee and tea were great but the food and service was fantastic.I try to avoid traveling through little towns because finding vegan or vegetarian options is really difficult. When I asked what options they had that I could make modifications to, they special made something for me. They also had vegan cheese on hand and, after they gave it to me, they came back around to make sure I liked it and if it needed anything else (which I did, and it didnt). That is what I call incredible customer service! The place was packed but they still made the extra effort.Seriously, could not recommend this place enough!

It’s taken a lot of testing at various locations throughout the Harbor- but I’m starting to narrow down my favorite coffee shops in town.Jitter House has landed in the top 3!I highly recommend people come in and give them a try. Stopped by here to grab a coffee on our way through town on a road trip. It was a cute little place and the gentleman working was very nice. He recommended a drink and it was very delicious. If I make my way back through here Id definitely stop by again.

A great place to get coffee! The inside is really relaxing, comfortable, and clean. The guy who runs the shop is nice every time you walk in, and he makes amazing coffee. Besides the coffee though, they also make paninis and soup, both of which always taste great.

The coffee is really no better than any other upscale coffee house. The prices are not much different either. But the way you are treated there makes all the difference. They make you feel like they are really glad you came in to their shop.

Passing through town, I was looking for a quick breakfast and coffee before getting back on the road. Read great reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. The reviews were right, this place was amazing! The owner recommended his creation, the cafe con aruguita, and I can honestly say I have never had such a delicious cup of coffee, ever! The atmosphere, decor, service and amazing food is a experience you can not miss. The only thing I did not like about this place is that it is clear across the state from me, so I can not easily pop in!
