They were great about finding our problem and resolving it. They also took the time to show us what and how to resolve it should it happen again. The also provided suggestions on maintenance. It was nice to finally find a service place we can now trust, unlike other big name service centers.

Helpful, but I could find lower $ elsewhere. Has a great reputation for RV repair....

Bill and Deann and the crew are unbelievably great! Our 2016 Forester (junk) motorhome stranded us 100 miles from our home while on the coast of Washington State. Bill was the only person who could provide us with the knowledge how to retract our slideout so we could have it towed to them for repair. They could not have been more patient, accommodating, helpful, competent and extremely knowledgeable. We would be at a complete loss if it werent for North Beach RV! We would not hesitate to strongly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Rude, rude and rude. Went in to get something looked at in my 40 ft class A and on the phone the women was rude to my wife but I stopped anyway and got the same... we dont do that here answer without a trace of, maybe I can help or suggest or anything resembling a helpful statement. JUST RUDE!

I have used them regularly for RV parts and service, excellent mechanic Deanne is very knowledgeable in all things RV and great selection in stock. Sometimes a little expensive but tvs are not cheap and saves time and travel.

Awesome staff. We looked at a fifth wheel trailer and ended up buying it. We offered 2,000 less than list and it was accepted immediately . Not only did we get a killer deal but they offered to deliver it for free. Great place, even better people. I highly recommend North Beach RV.

Our new RV started leaking while we were on our first camping trip (and in the rain). They got us in as soon as they could and fixed it in just a few hours. They saved our trip. Nice people great service.

Cant recommend North Beach highly enough! We dropped in for a small repair to the water heater in our trailer....they were so accommodating and helpful. An hour later we were on our way......very reasonable labor prices too! Try them, you wont be dissappointed.

We went in just to ask some questions about our rig issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rig is still under warranty, so they could not work on it, but were helpful with suggestions. We would come here for service if we are back in the area.

For a small store, they had a lot of merchandise and friendly staff.

I broke our Dometic Flush Ball Toilet Seal and thankfully they had the replacement part. This place has a very good selection of parts and the staff was extremely friendly.

Bill looked at old tongue jack from my RV and sold me $60.00 wrong size new one.Took old tongue jack across street to Napa.They removed old rotor pin and put new one in for $4.00.Got money back from North Beach RV.They had told me prior old rotor pin would cost more than new jack to repair!Misinformed about that just to sell me a new tongue jack.I found that to be unethical behaviour just to sell their product.Their prices for service and merchandise overpriced.They told me untruths to push their product...

We had what we considered to be a serious problem with our battery box that had broken and needed immediate attention. We pulled into this business for help, and these people could not have been more friendly, responsive and helpful. They helped us with our problem without any delay, and we were soon on our way - problem solved. They also have propane and a good supplies store. We also feel that their rates for service were very reasonable.Thank you, North Beach RV -- we would give you ten stars if Google allowed.

Thank you North Beach RV! As we were packing up to leave Olympic NP early on a Friday morning, the rear slide on our trailer ripped off the wall, tangled up the wires and stopped working completely. We were on day 20 of a 35 day trip and needed this fixed to continue. It just so happened to be a holiday weekend and after making a dozen calls and being told places were backed up for weeks, we called North Beach. Not only did they say they could get us in, but they had the work done two hours before they initially said they could start working on it. They were super friendly, honest and we were able to continue our vacation worry free. We would give 10 stars if we could!

These people are beyond friendly and helpful. I needed a test switch for my water system.....something small and hard to find, this place has practically everything you need for your trailer/RV. Its like being in a candy shop for campers.

Have had my fifthwheel and motorhome worked on by North Beach Rv. They are awesome and do really good work. Better than any RV service center I have ever been to. Quality work and nice people too!

Totally messed up our rv by flooding it out while checking for leaks. Didnt find the hot water tank leak that noticeably leaked prior and leaked still untill we found a good RV tech. They also replaced eggshell lights with white. If you want it right make the short drive to Cosmopolis to BOBS RV he is honost. I live 6 miles from nb rv and 25 miles from Bobs RV, I trust Bob and his guys for honosty and good work.

They let us park on the property until Monday when they could complete repairs. Great service and wonderful rv supply store.

Fantastic service! I purchased an awning from North Beach. When I took my RV to have it installed, the awning turned out to be the wrong size. Because the error was theirs, when the right awning came in they came out to Westport to install it with no service call cost to me. Quick and professional service. Nice ladies in the office.

Everyone from Deana to the guys working on everything are ROCKSTARS!! My wife and I have been through now 4 campers through the years and each time weve needed help theyve gone above and beyond what was expected.We just got stranded in Ocean City campground because our 5th wheel hitch broke and they made work so we could get home to take back to where we bought it to get it fixed/replaced.My wife Donna and I highly recommend North Beach RV. Was looking for something to buy, a bit smaller than they had on the lot. But what was available was nice.

While traveling, our Norcold refrigerator leaked its ammonia and quite working. We called the closest RV repair center, North Beach RV Parts and Repair, told DeAnne our problem and she told us to come on in. By the time we got there, she had researched our frig and found a replacement part, told us how long it would take, confirmed a diagnosis, and began our extended warranty paperwork. That’s service! Even though they were very busy, she got us appointments to remove the old cooling unit, meet with the insurance adjuster, and have the new part installed. Knowing we were full-timers and lived in our motorhome, she took care to keep us notified every step of the way. She hounded our warranty company for a decision on coverage and checked many times with the parts supplier on a delivery date. She is awesome! The shop was clean, the hourly rate very reasonable and the techs knowledgeable and friendly. Their RV store was remarkably well stocked considering its small footprint. We are very pleased with the work they did and will highly recommend them.

We stopped by with a serious issue in our 5th wheel hitch. Obviously we didnt have an appointment.They dropped what they were working on and looked at our problem.Turned out is proprietary bolt/cam had failed. They found a used replacement that got us back on the road until we can get a a complete repair.The cherry on top? They charges us a reasonable amount of money.

The folks at North Beach RV, Bill, Linda and the gang are truly the BEST. There was a friendly, down home, feel at home reception the minute I walked in. They assessed and fixed my 5th wheels problem in just minutes. (which is a nice surprise). And, they wouldnt accept any payment! When has that happened lately?? They are the nicest bunch of RV friendly folks Ive met in a long time. As it happened my friend in Quinault, who I was visiting, experienced a water leak in his 5th wheel a few days later. Down we went and they found the problem and fixed it perfectly. The cost of repair was very fair. If you need any RV problems fixed and you are in the Aberdeen- Quinault-Hoquiam area, you need to see Bill and Linda at North Beach RV. Thanks again Bill!!!
