I am a frequent buyer since I am a refrigeration technician. They have very good prices but they have a very big flaw is the lack of materials and even worse, on 4 occasions I called the humacao store to confirm if they have the material they tell me that they do and when I arrive they tell me they do not have it. I consider that a lack of respect, I work on my own and I dont have time to waste.

(example, customer asks for a 12k BTU air connector and says used knows how it is? Hellooo, I dont even ask if it was 110v or 220v?) ... training

They have the best manager of all Roger Electric branches named Jorge. The only problem due to central management is that they have limited the distribution of their materials among their branches, ultimately causing many basic materials to be unavailable and to wait for the arrival of these from their warehouses.
