BUY A 10 STUDIOZ HORN WITH MICROPHONE. THE WORST THING I DID. I CAME TO MY HOUSE, TESTED IT, AND IT WAS LITTLE TO BE HEARD. I CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE STORE FOR A RETURN AS IT WAS FOR A GIFT FROM MOTHERS. I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY THE OWNER COULD RETURN THE MONEY. THAT THE OWNER WOULD COMMUNICATE WITH ME, THAT WAS FRIDAY. ON MONDAY I HAD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE STORE SINCE THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT SINCE IT HAPPENS LISTENED WHEN IT WAS USED. THEY OWNED ME THAT THE OWNER ONLY COULD RETURN THE MONEY THEY WOULD CALL ME, THEY TAKEN MY DATA AND THE OWNER NEVER APPEARED. ON TUESDAY I CALLED THE STORE AGAIN AND THEY INDICATED THAT THERE WAS NO CHANGE THAT THEY WERE A SMALL STORE THAT WAS NOT WALMART THAT THEY COULD NOT BE RETURNING MONEY. I TOLD THEM THAT IN ALL THE STORES THERE WAS A PERIOD IN WHICH THE PRODUCT COULD BE RETURNED AND THAT I CONTACT THEM THE SAME DAY THAT I SEARCHED FOR THE PRODUCT. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO DACO IF I WANTED NO MONEY BACK. INCREDIBLE. I DO NOT WISH THIS EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE.

They dont want to sell! I went to see an instrument and they attended to me at the door behind a fence. Ok, there is a pandemic, but the instruments can be disinfested with a cloth and a mild cleaner. I asked for prices and they were yelled at me from the other end of the store. If Im going to buy blind, there are better deals on the internet, in addition to not having to fight for parking.

Studio Z equipment the horn was defective, it does not tune FM. I called a week ago and the response of the young woman is that she is merely a clerk in the store and cannot resolve, that the equipment is sold without guarantee, which she did not tell us before. He gave me an email to contact the owner, who is not in PR. He has not answered and I presume he will not. This is what awaits the buyer. We will take action.
