They showed up on time for appointment for estimate and very professional. Came and took doors out on Monday and replaced on a Wednesday. Cleaned up and all doors work and look beautiful. I had totally of 18 doors done. Conrad and his partner were great and did both jobs.Highly recommend. These days it is hard to find reliable people. Refreshing.

Stephen and his team have provided a unique solution for my large living space area. I needed to create a den in my living room and still leave enough space for the common area where I can entertain. Stephen offered Shoji come along system, which turned out to be perfect for my home. The order was ready sooner than expected and installation went quickly. The installation team was professional and tidy. My room still gets plenty of light and feels open and airy with the Shoji divider + I can close the den with the panels to create privacy for when we have company.

Not happy with the overall experience. Waited 8 weeks, then I had to be the one to call to follow up with the delivery. They confirmed one time for delivery and arrived 3 hours earlier. Wanted some sound proofing from the new doors and got hollow doors, unlike the old doors I replaced. They wanted to remove and take away my old bedroom and bathroom doors for 5 days before installing the new ones, leaving us with no bedroom or bathroom privacy during that time. They charged my credit card for the final payment before sending me the electronic signature page for my consent/signature.

Stephen and his team were great to work with. We had a custom closet organizer and a pantry organizer made. Stephen was very friendly, showed up on time and was very honest. The quality of work that they did was excellent. The installation team arrived on time, on the promised date, worked efficiently, and were nice enough to clean up after themselves! I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them!

Brandon was superb in solving problems due to previous work on how our old closet doors were installed as well as ensuring the new closet doors would leave enough opening for our Elfa closet systems drawers to extend out all the way without the closet doors getting in the way . He got us in touch with a carpenter to prep the job (Fix the issues) before our new closet doors could be installed. I have an old house being totally remodeled with an added walk-in closet. Without delay I decided to hire a professional. I did contact the top rated two in South Bay: Closet Solutions and Interior Door & Closet. Both were responsive but quite different in details. Each came for measure and an estimate and a few days later returned with a closet design file. If I liked it they were supposed to quote but first I saw the difference of PDF (two dimension design) from one and 3D design from another. What affected my final decision was combination of the open 3D design instantly reflecting my ideas and quality materials Glenn showed me in his Torrance factory.Glenn said three guys would come out in about six weeks to install when the materials are ready. They actually came in four weeks with a notice call in advance and three of them worked over four hours from 8:00 am and refined our walk-in closet, and two reach-in closets for little daughters. My wife love it! My daughters are ecstatic! I like the strong, solid shelf structure!Overall, the price was reasonable considering the design, quality materials and labor. The reason I invested extra on the closet instead of doing myself using stuff from the Home Depot is my family use it more frequently than any and a little bit of added design and quality gives you comfortable satisfaction for long. But if it is done against your satisfaction you will suffer long, I guess. Material matters as well as the design in closet. So I should say Glenn, his guys, his price, his design and his materials have met my pretty high standard.

Sales person was ontime and explained the door selection and process thoroughly. Ordered some doors and closet sliders and install team did a great job getting it done. Though they did say it would take 3-4 hours and it actually took the team of 3, 7 hours. Which is fine, Id rather they take their time and do the job right. I would highly recommend this company for any interior doors or sliders.

It was such a pleasure working with the Interior Door & Closet Company from beginning to finish. The owner, Glenn Johnson, is an honest and dedicated business man. During our first meeting he explained the product and what they could offer with an awesome power point presentation that was professional and easy to understand. We were able to design our own closet configurations with an efficient computer program on his lap top, and make as many changes as we would like. As interior designers, my husband and I appreciated the flexibility and creativity we could add to the design. Glenn also jumped through several hoops to make our job a success. Id like to think he went the extra mile just for us, but I can tell that hes the type of business man that puts all of his client first, and will do whatever it takes to make the job a success. The installers were professional, courteous and wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and worked diligently all day. They asked me questions about how I would like items installed and were concerned about the details of the install. They were able to install four closet interiors, five closet doors, and ten interior doors with new hardware in one day! Amazing! The installers added trim around the interior shelving when it was needed, so everything looked clean and solid. Our new doors have completely changed the look of our home and the quality of the materials is second to none. The openings were measured with a sophisticated laser system, so the doors are a perfect match to the openings. Our new closet interiors have helped us organize our belongs so that everything is easy to find and accessible. Our small children can now easily reach their clothing and can open and close the closet doors with ease. The gliders are smooth and quite. The paint finish is baked on at the factory, so I am thrilled it will survive my three rambunctious children.
