I took my Club Car DS gas to Alex for a lift kit install. Initially, I had purchased a long travel lift kit that was incorrect. Alex was very patient and allowed my golf cart to stay at his shop while I sorted out the lift kit issue due to the fact I ordered it prior from another company.After I was successful in returning the lift kit, Alex ordered the correct one for my car and did the install once it arrived. Also, he adjusted my brakes and changed my fuel filter without me even asking. He just knew it needed to be done which was awesome.His prices are very reasonable and I feel very comfortable taking my cart there for all maintenance issues. Alex, thank you for going the extra mile. Very much appreciated.

I live in Kentucky and was having an issue finding the fuse box on my golf cart. All the stores around me were closed so I randomly found a store in another state that I knew was several hours behind us and would be open. The person that answered the phone went above and beyond to help me. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Sir, for your help.

I am very disappointed! Purchase the golf cart here at golf cart California and ordered updates, paint, lifts and stereo... I was promised a week to do everything... well its been two weeks and the owner doesnt give me a clear message as to when he will return it...He doesnt answer the phone either!

I bought a used golf cart about a year ago and have up to now been a pretty DIY kind of guy. Unfortunately I had a real big issue recently that I simply could not diagnose so I reached out to Alex at golf cart california. WHAT AN AWESOME GUY! I work late, but he made it clear that he lived nearby his shop and that I could bring it down ANYTIME and he would meet me at the shop to take a look at it. He heard the odd noise for 1 second and immediately knew the cause and thankfully was something much easier (and cheaper) than I had thought it would be! He fixed it the following day and even offered to bring it back to me.AMAZING SERVICE and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He is my new go to guy for my EZGO-TXT.
