Every time we are in there the service is impeccable. We literally do not go anywhere else anymore.The young dude Anders is the best. He likes his job, super professional, amazingly patient and nice. Keep that attitude and you’ll be an entrepreneur like the world has never seen!The ice cream is also UNREAL. It’s so good and made right in front of you. I’m 41 years old and still get to feeling like a little kid watching it get done.

Really cool ice cream shop!!They make the ice cream directly in front of you using liquid nitrogen.I remember the last time that we visited Huntington Beach we wanted to try this ice cream shop but it was not open. So, we had some Baskin Robins instead.My husband and I are up for trying new things and restaurants that we dont have in Tucson, AZ. This time The Ice Cream Way was open so we made it a point to stop in and treat ourselves to this new ice cream shop.Watching the server make the ice cream right in front of you with liquid nitrogen was awesome!! The lady who waited on us was also very informative. My husband opted for the cashew based ice cream rather then the dairy based. She did let him know that the taste would be different and it may not be as creamy as we would think regular ice cream is. The fact that she took the time to explain and educate us on that was great!Lets just say that the experience and the ice cream was amazing. The flavors, which you choose at the time it is made, were delicious.If you are looking for something different and want to give ice cream, made with liquid nitrogen, a try stop into The Ice Cream Way. I doubt you will be disappointed.On our next trip to Huntington Beach, 9 chances out of 10 we will be back to have another serving.

Ive been to this place quite a few times, I always bring visiting friends here and introduce them to dragons breath cereal. Safe to say, I already enjoy it. However, Ive never been compelled to write a review until now. I took some friends here tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Khya. Her fun, bubbly personality made the experience so much better - oh, and shes absolutely adorable. I will definitely be back.

I enjoy this place so much. Everything from the many flavors you can choose from, to the beautiful sensation of their creamy liquid nitrogen ice cream, makes this place very unique and different which is cool. If you hate ice cream this place will definitely turn your taste buds around. Everyone is so nice there too. This is definitely a place to visit when in Huntington Beach:)

Cool attitude good service and friendly staff

I love the ice cream flavor variety they have here. Its of good quality too, which you can tell by the taste and creaminess. I got their seasonal flavors Graham Canyon and Eggnog in a Strawberry shortcake.

Every time I visit Huntington Beach I Have to stop by, it’s the only place where I a can get great Dairy/Gluten Free Ice Cream. It’s very good. The New Owners are very pleasant to talk too. We will be back soon.

Terrible, terrible service! Employees are rude and have no desire to work. No doubt that the store is poorly managed. First time I went, it took ~10 minutes to get my ice cream and nobody else was in the store. Second time I went 5 minutes before closing time and the 2 employees working said, were closed. I responded with, the door says you dont close for another 5 minutes. Their response was, we already started cleaning up. I asked for their manager because I wanted to ask why I couldnt order an ice cream up until the time the store closes and both employees refused to provide the contact information. Life is too short to deal with such poor service. Plus Ive found plenty of great places in Huntington for dessert to ever deal with The Ice Cream Way again. Wish I could have given the store zero stars, but Google wont allow me.

With exception of Dragons Breath, Ive never seen, nor eaten ice cream made through the nitrogen process. I was amazed by just how scrumptious it was. I was for sure that the ice cream would be thin and lack thickness, but I was wrong. This ice cream rocks. Its tasty and fulfilling. A must try in Huntington Beach!

Really wanted to love this place! Since the Ice cream is made to order, for obvious reasons if the line is long it can take quite a while to get your ice cream. Also we asked for the ingredients of the ice cream bases, and they said they didnt have it or know them! Seems unacceptable to me.

Was excited to go in and try the ice cream but noticed two dogs in the place with their owners and one actually jumped up with front paws on the counter! Sorry, big turn off to see dogs in there!

I was on vacation and stopped by this place because the kids wanted dragons breath. There was alot of customers with three empolyees, the guy (did not get his name) was training to new ladies. He was really good @ teaching them, and apoligized for the wait he was very respectful even though we had to wait he made the experiance worth it. He had a very positive additude..

Came here November 10, 2021 and all I can say is my business was better off going to Colson or Baskin Robbins but my wife and I wanted to give us a little place a chance. So much for that she seem nice but rude at the same time could be a lot more polite or could have a lot more manners and be thankful that somebody came into the shop when nobody was around should’ve been at least happy to serve somebody today because not many people to come here but just goes to show I will not be a full for the small little places if they have attitudes like this I am also bothered that she asked for a tip I would’ve been gladly more than gladly but the rudeness attitude needs to trap if you’re going to really get a good tip.I feel sorry that I came here

After eating, I remembered taking pictures and being as delicious as ever.
