I bought my car from this establishment and my vehicle has been serviced here for over 5 years. On this particular occasion I encountered a tricky wheel alignment situation. Mike was patient and professional and took the time to call me and explain what needed to be done.Professionalism and good customer service go a long way!
I am on my second lease with Huntington Mazda and I had the Mazda mobile start recall, an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation that I scheduled online. Usually, you get a loaner when there’s a recall, but I understand this is just a little dealership and I had a ride anyway. I was irritated to learn MMS was being discontinued. The remote start was the only semi-decent option, but it was inconvenient when they called and needed me to come back to drop off the second key. Luckily, I had a ride. A Lexus or something would probably offer to pick it up, but fine - I get it - Pandemic, right? Then I pick up my car later that day and I notice that they left the MMS antennae on the windshield (if you’ve seen it, it’s pretty ugly). I asked a tech why they didn’t remove them. He looked puzzled and then just said they had to be there (clearly, he didn’t know). When I got home, I checked and the wires had been removed from the adhered antennae, so I just used a blade and some goo gone and got them off. Fine. Whatever. I have low expectations of dealership service departments (even ones I’ve been using for years). What was the last straw causing this review was my tire PSI light coming on when it was mildly cold out the other day (making me think they weren’t actually rotated) and my washer fluid running out on my first use after service. That means they did not fill that either. Did they fill any fluids? Tires were at 29-30 when they require 35. I expect at least baseline service, even if I had a courtesy voucher. Three stars, because they didn’t charge me for the tire rotation (that I hope happened, but probably didn’t).
Staff is friendlyNice and clean .
I cannot say enough about my experience at Huntington Mazda. I knew what car I wanted (but was on the fence about color), after texting with Alexandra Levitt, we came to a deal and I headed to the dealership. Her communication was consistent and impressive. Unfortunately my work needed me the next day out of state which meant I threw a wrench in everything and needed the car immediately. Not only did she stay late, she also went out of her way to clean the car as well as stay so kind and calm throughout my pain in the butt. Andrew Gavilnes, the Sales Manager, also stayed late, moved around what I needed but remained so patient and understanding. I look forward to working with them again when my lease is up. I am beyond grateful for their work. Call them immediately!
Took the CX5 in for its first oil change. Was taken in almost immediately and the peopleWorking there were attentive and quick. In and out. Much better than my past experiences with Ford
I was promised Zurich and got nothing. I will cancel the contract.
Friendly techs with obvious knowledge of their vehicles. Be aware of high dealer labor costs.
James at Huntington Mazda totally took care of us. We had a major (by major I mean pricy) auto repair on our mazda, and he made sure the whole job was covered by the warranty. It could have been a situation where the dealership could have really screwed us over, but James and the rest of the service team had our backs. I would no doubt buy another car from these guys based on the quality of service alone.
Ive had my car for only a year and noticed the car was smoking and had a burning smell. I immediately brought it to mazda service where they asked me if I wanted to wait or come back. I decided to run errands and wait for their call. My car was there for 2 full days before anyone called me back with an update and the only reason why they called back is because I threatened to leave a bad review due to lack of communication. I needed to know my car was going to be there overnight or not. Every rep I spoke to said something different - the mechanic wasnt in, he was still diagnosing, they needed an engine specialist, etc., I want to note that there was NOT ONE instance where Mazda called me first to give me information. After my 7th or 8th call I finally got a diagnosis that my engine on my almost brand new car needed to be replaced. I asked how long that would take as I needed my car to go to work. I was paying for ubers/lyft back and forth to both of my jobs. After much hesitation and needing to persuade the staff they issued me a loaner car and said the car would be done in a few days. Ive called several times and 2 MONTHS LATER WITH NO UPDATE FROM MAZDA. I AM PAYING FULL PRICE ON MY UPGRADED VEHICLE AND DRIVING A STANDARD CAR WITH AN EXPIRED INSPECTION ( MY FIANCE NOTICED AND PICKED UP A NEW INSPECTION FOR ME) AND STILL NO UPDATE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY CAR!!! THIS IS ALL STARTED LONG BEFORE COVID AND DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN JUST KEEP MY CAR THAT IS $600 A MONTH WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE HONEST, I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE ENGINE IS DEFECTIVE.I REGRET THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH A BETTER CAR COMPANY.
This place is a trip. Bought a used car, everything was supposed to be working, but the entire infotainment system was not fixed when I paid over $15,000.00 cash! Took almost 5 days to get rectified - and my free 1 year of Sirus per their advertisement dropped less than a month later. My first and last time here. Be wary of what youre promised.
Everyone was very kind and accommodating. They offered me a free carwash when it seemed it was going to take longer than expected. When the carwash ended up being too backed up they gave me my next service appointment for free. Great customer service!
Highly competent technicians, fair and reasonable prices for service.
Jack DePalo very good salesman.
