Check the date of your deli orders to make sure the meats not bad. I recently purchased meat and it wasnt good 2 days later. HIGHLY disappointed with their deli department and I can no longer trust them to do the 1 job expected of them. I recommend you watch them like a hawk when you get meat!

The location itself is reasonably big, they have a bit of everything, but brand wise not many variations and prices are not as cheap as you would think. You would be better off driving a couple of blocks down or up the tpke to other local markets. This place would be for me, the last resort in case I have exhausted all my previous choices and have not found what I urgently look for. The crowd that shops here, not all but a handful, are very rude and disrespectful; however, that is obviously beyond the merchants control. Also, one of the cashiers there was definitely not a happy person...

There is a cashier there that is killing the impression of the store. Everyone else tries to be courteous and helpful considering the entire store and systems are antiquated. It would be more genuine if she said “Hi, I’m miserable, try and endure this interaction with me the best you can. Even though I will move slow and not acknowledge you in any way, the whole experience will be over soon” I could at least respect her for that. I seriously considered never returning after just being there but realized she is THE ONLY person there that behaves like that. I suggest you move her to a position that is not customer facing. Maybe she could monitor the parking garage, the environment suits her better.

King Kullen @ Huntington Station is doing superb. I’ve been going there for years and have made friends there. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I just want to say Thank you for being on the front lines and putting your own health on the line, to all the Employees there, to serve us, the usual peeps that come in and shop . Thank you all for all you do.

I have been shopping here for 8 years . They always have what I need. Except Bocca burgers. Maybe they can look into getting them. Its clean.. They have a good bakery dept and deli dept. I usually will not eat salads supermarkets make but King Kullen salads are good. I like thats its near my job. I like that they always have good sales too.

Their produce is horrible. Many items they carry are out of stock for weeks at a time.

I shop here weekly, and honestly if there was another option nearby I would go to it in a heartbeat. Their produce is appalling, about 3/4 of the time I cant find a green pepper because they are all past it, wrinkly skin and soft. Same with the zucchini, they are usually soft and rubbery. I have seen fresh berries covered in white mold. There is obviously a quality control issue and in this store. I keep hoping it improves, but so far it hasnt. Counting the days until whole foods delivers.

I know where everything is and how to shop at my favorite food stoe King Kullen. And the people that work there are all helpful and nice.. I give them 6 stars..

Best bakery on Long Island but wished they put the goods out a little earlier in the morning on Sunday. 8:30+ is a little late.

Very clean nice, pleasant store. Due to high, unrealistic prices, there is never a crowd in this store. To each his own.

This supermarket is a lot better than most of the other chain supermarkets out there (Stop&Shop, ShopRite, H-Mart, etc). Because this doesnt have club cards to deal with. You clip the coupons on their website, type in your cell phone number on their website, and you get a one time only coupon code, and you can print your coupons from the computer. This is an old-fashioned store. But there are very limited items. And certain items are too pricey.

The prices are good and am always pleased to know there is availability of great products. Recommended!

Not sure what people posting reviews are complaining about. If you’re unhappy with the produce, ask the produce manager to pull some fresh items for you from the back. They are very helpful here

I had a horrible experience today i was in the recycling area and I didn’t know the area was closing, i had already deposited half of my plastic bottles in the machine and the cleaning lady came in and said we are closed ! you have to leave, I kindly said to her i am almost done i don’t mind you doing your job but i am almost done. If I would’ve none before starting I wouldn’t even have gone in. This lady was so rude and told me i had to leave because they were closed and started sweeping on my feet and this other guy that was there hitting our bags with the broom i was so pissed i went to speak to the night manager which i think his name is Dave or david and when we got there the other guy was cornered with my bag and his. she had the floor completely soaked MIND YOU I AM PREGNANT! All the manger said was well she mopped already he didn’t even apologize for the aggravation that i went through with that rude lady ! I was a usual customer but i will not go to get this type of disrespect! I understand when you want to go home but you can’t do this to customers! Smh !

This is a good old fashioned supermarket. They have everything without trying to be too pretentious.

Decent supermarket but more expensive that other chains and not a great variety, especially this location.

Once again at the self checkout! I have a case of poland spring water, I ask the clerk if there is a code she can enter so I dont have to lug it onto the scanner, yet again Im told, no you have to scan it, I dont have a code. I went through this once before with another clerk and complained to the manager. At that time, I was told they CAN enter a code, but because I didnt have the name of the staff person then, there wasnt much he could do. I have her name this time, if you care about your customers, please train your staff to ask a manager if they dont know how to do something simple. I have gone to other registers and the clerks have the codes for cases of water, so not understanding why the self checkout clerks dont know anything about it?? If a frail elderly person or disabled individual needed to buy a case of water at self checkout they would be out of luck...disappointing.☹☹☹

I was followed and observed by undercover personnel when shopping. This shopping center targets minorities. Price is overly expensive and fruits are not sweet. GMO products are sold without label. Be careful shopping in this store. Intimidating.

What is this world coming too.....Im so angry about what happened to my daughter and I today I have to voice my dismay. So Im shopping at my neighborhood store KING KULLEN, located at 275 W. JERICHO TURNPIKE, HUNTINGTON STATION NY 11746. Been shopping there since 1995. My daughter and I, along with my 4 year old granddaughter are at the self check out. We bagged up our groceries and proceeded to walk out. We are immediately stop my the cashier MATT GIBSON that was standing at the cash register by check out. He stopped us as if he was the police He said stop you didnt pay for those bags I was stunned and said What he repeated hisself and said very sternly You didnt pay for your bags, I said Yes we did, he said Let me see your receipt. As I looked around I noticed that everyone at the self checkout had bags, however we were the only ones being questioned. Only difference with the other people at the self check out was, THEY WERE CAUCASIAN. As he continued to accuse us of lying. I asked How come you are not questioning anyone else or asking to see their receipts. At this point I said Can you get the manager he said Okay, your receipt is just going to show my manager you didnt pay for the bags The manager came over and I explained the situation. She said to him Why did you ask them for thier receipt he said Because I did not see them pay for the bags I said Oh, but you saw everyone else pay for thier bags. You know why we are the only ones you stopped He said Thats not why......this is obvious RACIAL PROFILING by MATT GIBSON..... SMH....After just spending over $50 youre going to stop me ...for what ...10 cents. Anyone shopping at KING KULLEN make sure MATT GIBSON sees you paid 5 cents for each of your bags.
