Do not buy Tumi products. They will not last as long as other brands and when you ask for replacement/repair of parts, the associates at this Tumi store and the main Tumi customer service will prove unhelpful. The strap on a briefcase we purchased broke less than 1 year later. Brought strap to Tumi store @ Walt Whitman Shops on 8/6/16. Associate promised to order new strap. After a month went by, never heard from store. Went into the store on 9/10/16 to ask if strap came in. Was handed a bag. Brought it home- it was original strap that we were given, not replacement. Contacted Tumi customer service via email on 9/10/16. Have NOT received any reply to our email, nor any acknowledgement. Tumi may position itself as high end but its customer service and ability to stand behind its products is less than cut rate. You will get better customer service at a big box store.
