Rock cracked my truck windshield. Insurance sent me here to have it replaced. They installed an aftermarket windshield, which is different from factory, could definitely tell due to the electronics built into my vehicle. The manager had terrible attitude about it and said contact your insurance company if your not happy. They chipped paint on my door during the process and rubbed my front tire along a curb scuffing it. Supposed reprogram my windshield electronics but did not work properly and according to Ford, aftermarket windshields can not be programmed.Insurance had a FACTORY windshield installed by Ford. Now discovered parts in the electronics for the auto highbeam, wipers, camera are damaged and bent and need to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They offer remote service, but for more challenging applications, this place offers in house work. Ive had to have a windsurfing replaced several times in my work van due to the miles driven and occasional flying rock, and they are generally excellent. Only lacking the 5th star due to my latest visit where a rolled gasket during the replacement blessed me with a beautiful waterfall in my van during a rain storm, sorting out the touchscreen, navigation, Bluetooth, and radio functions of the van. They have warranties for it, however, and it is currently being repaired. Thanks guys.

Great service! The work order was sent via email along with reminders of our appointment. We prefer shop service versus mobile on site service that comes to our location. We found the shop to be conveniently located and easy to access.

I would not recommend this safelite they put A dent in the top of my fender and pulled the fenders out on both sides and the seals where not put in right the manager said they didn’t do it at the same time he’s trying to push it back in to make it right

Very rude customer service at desk with no interest in even looking at your windshield bc he was eating but could have skipped a few meals

It took about 30 minutes to repair chipped windshield, cant tell there was ever any damage. Service was great and everyone was very nice

I scheduled my appointment a week ago to get a windshield replaced. I had to wait a week because they said it would be special order. Since I scheduled it, I have received no phone calls or emails other than verification of the appointment. I only called today to see how long it would take so I could decide if I wanted to leave the car there or wait on it. That is when I found out nothing had been set up. So if I hadnt called, I would have showed up for an appointment for an install that couldnt take place. Im going someplace else that has doesnt have information in so many different departments they cant communicate with each other. Deal locally folks. Stay away from these corporations.

Went in on Thursday and made an appointment to have drivers side glass replaced in my 2020 Buick. Salesman said it would be 492.50 and made me an appointment for 3:00pm the following Monday. Showed up for my appointment and they didn’t even have me down and hadn’t ordered the glass. The told me it would be at least two more weeks before they could get me in. If these guys could have cared less, I would have been amazed! Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give less than 1 star! Have used safe lite in Bristol several times with no problem. Glass Doctor will be at my house on Wed. and they are 40.00 cheaper!

I had my windshield replaced about a month before they were bought out by safelite. About 6 weeks after the new windshield was installed it started to spontaneously crack. Car wasn’t even being driven due to the pandemic. When I went back they said, Oh, we’re not that company anymore, we got bought out. Same people as old company. Do not use this company! ! !

Well I get there and they send me a used back window so they cannot do it then not only then I have to wait over another week to get it put in not very happy at all and a waste of my day and time!!

Feeling stressful & under Allot of pressure unlike the commercials. Quote was the most expensive. Hoping we get what we pay for. Appointment is at 1....service can only improve at this point. Limited seating ...hmmm
