This vision center has excellent staff and doctors. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I do not like tools near my eyes, and they all made me feel relaxed. I love the online appointment system as well. I highly recommend this vision center.

I can’t say enough good things! They have many appointment options that fit into my work schedule, the office is clean and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Dr. Ledford doesn’t rush my time with her and makes sure to keep an eye (no pun intended) on changes that could be associated with prolonged use of treatments and medications during my breast cancer journey 7 years ago. That thoroughness is important to me as I was diagnosed only at 35 years old. I survived and have many more years to go and Dr. Ledford helps make sure I can enjoy those years through care for my vision.

I had my eyes examined by Dr Carlson last week and was very impressed with the time he takes to explain everything he is checking. I have been going there for years and am always impressed by the very thorough exams they do. They are also concerned with keeping you safe. Dr. Carlzons office is very professional. They have many devices to test ones eyes to ensure they get the best diagnosis. Dr. Carlson is not rushed when with a patient. He spends quality time with each and explains results in a way that is easy to understand. A great place to have your eyes examined.

Quit looking for a place and go here right now. Everyone is super nice, will talk to you about pets, and take the time to explain whats going on with your eyes. They arent pushy for you to waste money on things you dont need, and are honest about what your eyes actually do need. I will never go anywhere else!

With the COVID precautions, I was quickly ushered into the process of the exam and getting my new prescriptions. Dr. Ngo was excellent in her explanation of the changes in my contacts.

No waiting time, Covid guidelines followed ( there is a hand washing station, the body temperature is cheked, mask, etc). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Ngo is very caring, explained everything and there was no rush. I recommend this place 100%!

They eye exams are thorough and the Drs. are always informative and knowledgeable. There is no other place we would rather go. My over all experience was phenominal! Very thorough eye exam. Friendly staff! Helpful with each other. they are personable. Take the time with you. And the sales & deals that the have going on on their frames beat my insurance prices!!! I was able to gt the sunglasses I always wanted!!! Designer Ray Ban Aviators (& Im not a designer needy person. But love how these fit & feel). I ended up buying 4 pairs of glasses, 2 readers & 2 sunglasses! i would highly recommend Lenscrafters to anyone! And tell them I sent you! And see Dr Jennifer Ledford! Shes such the sweetest!

Very helpful and educated

Courteous and professional staff was able to work me in same day for an eye exam. I only had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes to get the pre checks done and then maybe another 5-10 minutes to see the optometrist and get the full vision diagnostic. The optometrist who worked with me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, as well as offering additional useful advice I consider above and beyond. Also for an optometrist she herself was very easy on the eyes! Always a big plus!

I know it’s different timers at places but there still needs to be communication and professionalism. Not here. Staff doesn’t enforce rules and haphazardly clean equipment that’s gonna contact your face with the same rag repeatedly. I felt more safe getting a cleaning at the dentist yesterday. The kicker was when I asked the young lady a question about Their enforcement of their rules....not once but twice I was ignored and asked another question in response. At best, that was rude af. Disappointing since I came to exam because he took care of my daughter and I needed care.

We live in the Central Rocky Mountains in a rural area. While visiting family in Johnson City over the holidays, I made an app to have my eyes checked and prescription updated. I had my second eye appointment and it was lovely! I arrived fairly early (about an hour) and they got me into an exam room quickly. The staff was extremely friendly, and the whole exam took less than 20 minutes. I honestly think I took longer selecting my frames!!

They try to prevent you from ordering glasses online or somewhere else by not putting the PD on the prescription.Despite the response from the owner or whatever below, I did try and call and was told that I had to get my PD from Lenscrafters. That the doctor office did not have it. When I spoke with Lenscrafters, I was told that they did not have my PD.Moreover, it is not true that it is not a common practice to put PD on prescriptions. Some places like this one stopped doing it to prevent you from ordering online.I had to call a place I had my eyes checked 6 years ago to get my PD. Fortunately, they kept it on file and it does not change that much.Stay far away from this place. You can tell from the tone of their response how shoddy and pretentious the people that work for them are.

Easy to schedule for a time that was convenient for me. My appointment started on time, which never happens at a doctors office. Friendly employees who made me feel at ease and valued.

Too notch! There was an issue getting my insurance completely verified. Rather than making me wait, they got me back right away. The young lady that helped me didn’t stop until she got resolution with my insurance. That’s what I call excellent customer service.

I visited the eye doctor on August 27th and they could not verify my eye insurance so they requested that I pay in full in advance and they would file my insurance and if paid they would refund me. After 4 calls to the office and each time being told that I would receive my refund because the insurance paid in September, I have not received it. I called today and was informed that the Accounting Department takes care of that and they would contact Amy and see if she processed the refund and I stated that I called on November 4th and was told I would receive the refund no later than the end of the following week (November 15th). Because refund checks are written at the first of the month. However, it is November 18th and I still do not have my refund check. The girl in the office stated all she can do is contact Amy and get back to me on when I would receive the refund check. I guess Dr. Carlson offices will keep my payment and the insurance companys payment.

I dont know how this place has received such great reviews. I had an appointment at 11am and was not seen by the doctor until after 12pm. I had a follow up appointment the next week and the same thing happened. The staff was very friendly but there is no adherence to appointment times at all. I will not be returning and would never recommend anyone to this practice.
