Still a great variety of everything but buying in quantity there is not saving me much money these days like it used to. I find I spend more time running to other stores now where I can get more for my money. Unfortunately prices have gone up everywhere but sad to see at Christmas Tree Shop.

Went in to biy some tea bags I liked and had bought here before. Ended up finding some small gifts for a future gift for a family member. Always find nice little things at great prices!

Understaffed. Service suffers as a result. After waiting forever to check out, I simply walked out without buying what I wanted. This is the first time I wished that self-checkout was available.

Sometimes you can find neat and unusual items. Great selection of glassware.

Usually CTS is full of deals & decor.Unfortunately the store seems to be in the midst of restocking for Autumn.Curtains, bedding & table linens were especially disappointing. I bought a bag of pretzelsBetter luck next time.

I grew up locally and for the last 19 years, my family and I have lived in Michigan. We come home once a year to visit family and friends. This is absolutely my wifes favorite place to shop. There are so many selections for all of our needs. Its like bringing a little piece of New York back home with us!!!

The line was approx 30 people deep and ended up not waiting in it, it was crazy.Def need more cashiers.

Love CTS. They have a variety and usually reasonable prices. We had purchased curtain rods for a house we just bought and decided they wouldnt be the color wanted so we returned them without a problem. They were very courteous and helpful. We purchased other things for the house from here and will continue to do so in the future.

Fabulous store! Not just Christmas trees and decorations but things for your home, toiletries, kitchen and kitchen utensils, curtains, bedding, articles of furniture. They change what they sell for decorating seasonally. Each holiday and season is represented with decor. Great prices too.I never leave with one item. I might PLAN on buying one item but they have such a great selection that I always leave with more!

Such a neat store. Has more than Christmas things. There is a great assortment of housewares. You can get wedding/shower gifts, serving utensils and plates, platers, measuring cups and spoons. Not just for Christmas. This is an anytime store.

One of my favorite stores with everything you could possibly need. Food items, home decor, furniture, housewares, cosmetics. Etc. This location has a large parking lot and is relatively clean. I had no issues shopping there and checkout was quick. Staff were friendly.

Always find something when shopping at this place. Lots of cool and interesting stuff. Especially around Christmas time 🎅🏻

Was hoping to find a reasonably priced bookcase but furniture was slim pickings. Did come across some rustic lodge pillows that would brighten up my plain sofa. Didnt have a lot of time to look. If I was there longer I probably would have come away with more. Was very excited to know I was only 60 cents away from a $5 dollar coupon the cashier exclaimed! So I bought some hand sanitizer wipes for $1 and saved $5. All in all a great 10 minute visit!

Sometimes they have what you are looking for; sometimes not. Its always worth dropping in. But dont get too excited. The best thing I ever got there was a t-shirt frame.

We always love shopping at Christmas tree shop. Great for decorations. Never know what they will have store is always clean and pleasant to walk around. It can be tough navigating when they are crowded, but never had a bad experience because of it

Crazy place. Fun and interesting.

One of my favorite stores. It is always so crowded though. I wish they would get the little shopping carts that a lot of stores are now utilizing. It is hard to navigate the store because it is so busy and congested.

Cluttered aisles & horribly rude staff. When I brought to staff members attention that an item on the shelf was broken and asked if they had more in stock I was scoffed at. Then told that someone would buy it. 2 other staff members were talking about their manager negatively while standing in an aisle blocking our way. They were using profanity too. While I like the array of items this store supplies, I will not be returning.

Place is nice but service is lacking .you can rarely ever find anyone to help you.Today I was there at mid afternoon and they had one cashier as at least ten of us waited to check out.for such a large store this seemed strange.They need to have. More help.Their were other employees present and none seemed concerned that there were so many people backed up on line.

Sometimes you find some great deals here and some cool stuff you never though of or need haha. I used to like their vacuum selection but now its upfront beyond the check out lines.. doesnt really make sense to me why they moved it. Now when I go Im not impressed as much but its also the winter months. Only things that really change are the holiday stuff.

Christmas tree store is a great place to get a good deal. They have a very good variety of things often at very good prices. Lot less hectic than Walmart and often just as cheap. Workers are usually very friendly and helpful. You often is a very fun shopping experience.
