Such an easy company to work with! My Dr. called in my prescription for a breast pump and I received a call a few days later, they asked what kind of insurance I had and then let me know the options of fully covered and partial, I chose the make and model I wanted and she printed the shipping info that day. I know because I got an email with a tracking number. That was on a Friday. My breast pump was on my doorstep the next Tuesday. Very helpful, easy to work with, I had no problems at all. It may have been one of the easiest parts of my pregnancy. :)
