I have been going to this place for 25 years. Im always impressed with their knowledge of their products. Its like these people live and breathe vacuum cleaners. A lot of stuff they know right off the top of their head. They literally got my replacement parts just by looking at them. All I did was describe what was wrong with each piece I didnt even give them any part numbers and then bam they had all the correct parts and were ready to ring me up. Its very odd these days to find anybody this good.

Im always very happy with service and products at Conrads. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to solve any of my cleaning problems. Its great to have such a resource close to home.

Conrad’s products are a miracle. Helped me get some tough stains out of clothes and carpet and upholstery, were thorough in helping me understand exactly how to use the products and taught me so much about cleaning. Staff is very helpful in figuring out what issues with cleaning you have, and how to make them easier. Nothing beats customer service at an independent business.

I took my Miele to another repair shop with no luck. Ricks service was exceptional. He fixed my issued and also helped me understand more about care and maintenance. He also walked me through some features and cleaning the filter over the phone. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Conrad Co.

I have used Conrad Co. for years. Its nice to try out a vacuum before purchasing it. There is a full line of quality vacuums to pick from. The staff is very helpful and am very happy with my purchase. I recommend!!!!!

Great Advice. My sisters dog gets skunked a few times each year. I mentioned this to the owner, Deb, and she recommended a dry powder product (cant remember its name). I bought a bag of it. My sister just notified me that her dog got skunked and the product worked great. Hearing that from such an experienced dog owner was impressive to me.I have had several other cleaning challenges that I have asked Deb about. She has suggested products (shower cleaner, tile floor cleaner) that have done a great job for me. I am very impressed with Conrad Co and highly recommend them.

Brought my rug doctor in for repair, they not only fixed it but also looked and found out the part was under warranty saving me a ton of money. I would highly recommend them!

Personal and knowledgeable sales

My husband and I went to Conrad to make a small purchase. As we were looking at vacuums, the most knowledgeable and friendly woman approached us. She not only gave us complete information on the vacuums in the store, but also advice on how to maintain and care for the two vacuums we already own.There is no question that we will return to Conrad Company to purchase a new or used vacuum for our home. Conrads has that old-fashion style of treating customers with respect and kindness. Many retailers in the area could learn from the Conrad business model. Thanks.

Conrad Co has been an excellent resource for both my personal cleaning and business needs. They have consistently recommended the best equipment or cleaners for what Ive needed depending on situation and surface -- or odor. I recommend checking them out.

My father-in-law turned me onto Conrads when my husband and I were dating in high school and now that were older and have a home with both kinds of kids ( 2 and 4 legged ones!) Conrad company charged me an estimate fee for a vacuum cleaner they knew couldn’t be repaired without even taking it apart. I dropped it off and pick it up the next day. They basically charge me nothing to be without doing anything

Last years experience at Conrad was fine but not this year. They had our vacuum for one month, during which time I had to call multiple times to check its repair status. When I called again today, I was told it was unable to be repaired. Conrad should have called me to inform me of that. They need to work on follow-thru.

Forgot to unscrew the bottom plate to check the belt for replacement. Owner wouldnt lend me screwdriver. Wanted to charge me 25$ to remove the plate. Would never again support this busimess.

Had a bad skunk problem. Over 10 living in my crawl space. House smelled awful. Guy was really helpful and gave me a fogger that worked great. Skunk smell gone.

Went to get vacuum bags and ended up getting stuff to clean my kitchen, wood floor cleaner, and toilet cleaner that helps my septic. Will be back once I run out.

Extremely overpriced can order much better products online

Vacuum repair took longer to repaired than expected. Fees were much more than I thought they would be and some were extra/unnecessary. Customer service was borderline rude on the phone. I will be using a different local shop next time.
