Found Minuteman Press when in need of a last minute Father’s Day gift and Lionel saved the day! He was so helpful over the phone and able to give me great directions [bad construction in front of the store] and same day service. We figured out the perfect gift for my husband and the grandpas [water bottle, mug, koozie] and Lionel did an amazing job personalizing it for me. The font was great and color was spot on. The quality of the photo transfer was terrific- I was actually shocked at how clear the image is and the price point was super reasonable, especially considering it was same day service. I am so grateful I found Minuteman Press in my desperate search for photo gifts and can’t wait to use them again in the future. I’ve dealt with Minuteman for years. Theyve got 2 important things going for them: fair prices, and a willingness to work hard to get your job done right.Today would be one example. I had a Christmas letter to get written and printed, in time for copies to be dropped off at the post office Monday morning. I called Lionel yesterday, and told him that I planned to have my letter finished & emailed to him before he opened this morning. I worked well into the wee hours last night, and did get the letter done. But in morning’s light, I could see it needed some revisions. I worked on the edits, and then begin to realize there was a less-expensive approach. I called Lionel back, and with his help, came up with a far better solution. Instead of two pages incorporating full-color photos, we came up with two pages printed black-and-white, but on fancy Christmas paper we picked up at Staples. For the photos, we would simply include two 4 x 6’s, printed back to back. And to save money, Lionell suggested I put two copies of each photo on a single sheet: the sheet could then be cut in half, effectively halving my paper cost. We ended up with 150 double-sided copies, all hand-trimmed by Lionel’s associate, Frank.Their office had a ton of work today; I was late getting my originals to them; but by sheer effort, they managed to get my project done, earlier than I’d anticipated – and looking marvelous. Thanks to them, our Christmas letters will go out on time, and with a little luck, arrive at the doors of our Irish cousins before Christmas day.

The Joliet Minuteman Press has been taking care of the printing needs for our church and for the food pantry I help run for about a year. They are always quick to get the job completed once they have the file. Its also really easy to upload my art files through their website.Their prices are much more competitive than the big name copy/shipping businesses Ive used in the past.
