Was there today. They wouldnt sell me a phone cash. They wanted me to change my plan or wouldnt even deal with me. They said you dont change to our most expensive plan you can just buy it online and not waste our time. Then on they way out the guy had the nerve to ask me to look at their direct tv streaming service. No thanks. Maybe its time to switch providers. 20 year customer going away to the competition. Im sure att could care less.

The sales associates were amazing! I’ve recently had issues with my service and had horrible experiences with phone agents, but the associates here at this location were able to solve every issue I had with my account. Their patience and expertise are unmatched! I was so happy with their service, I bought 2 new Samsung watches! If you’re ever in the area and are AT&T customers or are looking for a new provider, hit this location up and ask for Billy or David!
The manager David Cordero was very helpful and I highly recommend coming in to see him. I went to 2 different locations and was unable to get my issue fixed. David’s customer service went above and beyond to resolve the issue that I came in for. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. I appreciate all of his help and hard work. He truly cares about his customers. All other employees in the store including Tracy and Billy were friendly as well.

I cannot express enough gratitude and praise for all that Claudia and new to this store, manager Mohammad did for me. I had a very complex issue with my brand new iPhone 12 Pro. After hours online with Apple, and corporate AT&T in my home, I went to this Louis Joliet store for help. It was unbelievable the amount of time and lengths first Claudia and then Mohammad went to getting to the root of the problem and then solving it. I walked out of there very very impressed with their knowledge and care. I highly recommend this store and would not shop at any other AT&T.

Jayson shared with us his experience in the wireless industry he is very friendly and easy to talk to and listened to everything we needed. He even helped us fix our bill lowering it down and adding a line for what we were paying for already! He was very professional and explained everything we needed to know he also took the time to go over past concerns we’ve had with AT&T he went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend him. We went in with the intentions of canceling service and seeing what we can do to get out of it we were paying but we had an awesome experience. We were Reassured That things are gonna get better he even gave us his personal number if we had any issues in the future. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in a while!

This store is absolutely horrible, we were made to wait 30 min for a simple review of our bill. They took all the people who were spending money over current clients. We were so disappointed that we were going to drop AT&T all together. The AT&T store in Minooka saved us from switching to T-Mobile. For any that needs anything from AT&T DO NOT go to the one in Joliet mall. Talk to Liam in Minooka store. He is great!!!!

After so many times back and forth at the Jefferson store, they sent me to the corporate location. What a difference. I was treated right away and helped by David. He had some issues and called it in for a resolution. He was unable to get what we needed accomplished but rather than send me off, involved his managers. Maria was so helpful and explained the issue. Her and Mike worked together and after only 1 visit my 3 month nightmare was over. This level of customer satisfaction is rare and should be commended. David, Mike and Maria....you have a customer for LIFE!
Rob was extremely knowledgeable about all inventory and helped me find the phone that was best for me! He was patient while answering my many questions and never made me feel rushed. He also took the time to help me learn and navigate using my brand new iphone11Pro! Next time I visit apple I will look for Rob!
Let me tell you about David !!!! He was the coolest guy !! Very knowledgeable about the devices . I walked in highly upset with customer service over the phone ! But David was so calm and helpful. He got my phone working again and even tried to save me money on my bill ! If I have any other issues with my phone or when I want to upgrade I’m coming back for David! If you are in joliet and you have AT&T go inside the mall ask for David you will not be disappointed!! An at&t employee has stolen my debit card information and my husband social security. The employee took my old iPhone 8 and sim kept and went to xfinity to open an account with my husband social security number. I been trying to get ahold of store manager and he fails to call me back and also leave me on hold for hours to speak to fraud department for a whole year they been stealing my money and using my husband this is very heart breaking that my family has to experience this we left boost mobile to go to at&t and all we did was just get robbed from an employee at this location. I would never recommend at&t to anyone ever again
Always great service. Smiling employees that are always willing to help with our phone issues or even when we can’t figure out the payment machine. The married couple that runs the place have made this store much better.
Was greeted right away by the sales associate Rob. He took the time to listen and fix my issue. Rather than just trying to sell me stuff blindly, he actually looked at my account to make sure everything was right and asked me questions like an actual human. Turns out I was missing a discount for being a police officer and he set me up on the first responder network . Anyone looking to speak to a sales guy who actually listens and solves issues, go see Rob at the mall.

I rarely have a good experience when shopping for phones. But I had a AWESOME experience at this store. Namely due to an associate Bedri. I purchased 6 new iPhones on a business account not only did he make sure all phones were set up and working properly. He made sure all data was backed up and transferred was very knowledgeable about products and addressed all my concerns. The entire staff was very professional and attentive. I didn’t even have to call apple support after leaving the store. Wonderful experience

I was upset when I came in after billing issue after billing issue wasn’t resolved through customer service. These guys fixed the mess, changed my plan and got me to add a new phone. Also showed me how to use the insurance for my daughters busted phone. Felt like royalty with my guy helping me, Oscar and both managers checking in. Thanks again.

I switched from Google Fi onto my families unlimited plan. I worked with Oscar who was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Very smooth process. Took 20 minutes. If you live nearby this is the store you want to use. It is a corporate store. I have bad experiences at nearby affiliate stores.
Jason helped me with my phone issues and was very patient with an old woman who is “tech dumb”. Changed my plan and got my grandson a new line. Very educational and not pushy.

Bought a new phone from this location on contact after waiting for almost 2 hours... They have 5-6 employees sitting on their phones at the front counter right on front of me and 8 other of their customers in the queue. But since they dont get commission and only check people in, or whatever it is that they do, theyre useless to the customers waiting in line. I was told upon purchasing my phone that since they didnt have any gear fits in Stock they would have one for me Monday and all Id have to do is tell the manager and hed ring me up. Here I am... Still being told to wait, if Id known this I would have purchased online!!
I went to AT&T this morning to switch over from T-Mobile. Jeremy immediately assisted me as I walked through the door. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The highest marks for Jeremy and AT&T Joliet!

I visited the store this week. Talked with Ray.This man is a jewel helped me my issues withThe service and my phone. He was more than patient (Im over 70) so knowledgable in the service and products he showed and explained the Blue Tooth head phones that I initially had no interest in but he was so expert in his knowledge. I declined them at first but after thinking about it I am going to return this weekend to get a set.Seriously I have been a sales rep all my life this young man just has it.

Always a long wait, but that doesnt bother me too much. I get it.I went here instead of Best Buy for a change. I was talked out of staying with the unlimited data plan I was grandfathered in on from my past plan. The salesman said Ive never even used 2gb in the past so I had no need for the unlimited plan. I guess I shouldve payed more attention but since I was unlimited I never needed to be aware of it. I was clearly lied to. Now, I consistently run out of data with my 3gb plan and have to pay for extra data. I have to be very aware of the data I use, forget about watching Netflix anymore.The BS new phone plan is a scam. I signed up for the 18 month plan, but at 18 months you still have to pay or give up your old phone. They wont transfer your pictures and stuff over so what are you supposed to do? You have to pay to keep the old phone or wait 6 more months...Next time Im going back to Best Buy and will be looking at other carriers. Ive been an AT&T customer for over 15 years.

I felt like a bait and switch. I had a sales man come to the door and sell me service. I said no not interested because I dont want new telephone wire string all over my house. I have a 13 year old Townhouse and I thought that the telephone line would be good. But when they came to put in the service last time they told me that I dont have the correct cat line. I said forget it. So to go forward to now. I said no but when he told me that there using fiber optic line Im like ok sounds good they told me they cam can put in 45mps I said I have 75mps already from Cable. They said its not the same because of the fiber optic line it will be much quicker and I can see it running over 100mps. Plus its my line Im not sharing the line with anyone. I said sounds goid so I signed a paper had them come out on a Wednesday. The guy comes in and kept saying 18mps install didnt think anything of it because I signed for 45 off of fiber optics to my house. I told him I already did a speed test on what Im receiving and I was getting 90d own 12 up and 13 ping. I also originally asked the sales man if they where using Cable line to my house and if I want to use my modem and router he said I could but there was a deal right now where there giving away a free modem where the modem is the same one given to businesses he said if you dont want to use it though its yours so keep it and but it way Im like ok. I did ask him this isnt dsl right he said no. Going back to the installer he said that they are giving away a modem but not the one the sales man that came to my door that one you have to rent Im like what. I found out also that instead of just calling me and stating that I cant get 45mps they can only give me 18. I wasted my time with a guy that didnt install anything because my line from Cable was faster. The installer had a work order for 18mps not 45. Buyer beware. I wasted my time. AT&T are you going to pay me for my time.....

This review was written specifically for the Louis Joliet Mall Retail Store. 3340 Mall Loop Dr. Ste 1254. Store # CA18.Wow does this store have BAD service!! They only want to help you if you are giving them their commission, otherwise you might as well be a ghost of yesterday. The first time I went there I needed an ATT rep to sort out a problem between my insurance and my ATT bill (the ATT guy lied to me about how much it would cost when he sold me the phone) and the ATT rep gave me an 800 number to call when Im at home! No, I will not deal with this problem on my own, thats why I drove here!Just now I called them to ask a question about the price to renew a contract... After SEVEN calls to the store with no answer, someone finally answered... And by answered I mean, picked up the phone and hung up!! Apparently they dont want my service, ATT is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life, I cant believe that they are still in business after having such INCOMPETENT workers. Wow. At this point I am willing to start a boycott against this store. Id rather drive the extra half hour to pay for services from USCellular than deal with these losers! They will ask you if you need help in the store and if its not something that makes them money, theyll write you off like a bad check!I am extremely disappointed in this store and all of those who have been hired here with the exception of the salesman named Frank C. He was the only guy who actually spent more than five minutes with me each time I came into the store. Too bad he doesnt work at a store that I will be taking my business to in the future. Ugh!
