I love this store. They are so friendly and helpful and most of all they always have what I want. My son cancelled his order on line because this store had it for less. They also do comparative shopping which is great. I believe the sales person who helped me over the phone was Cindy. She was very helpful.

Very clean and well organized. There didnt seem to be any employees available for help though. In the middle of the afternoon there was one cashier at the customer service register and one at the electronics register. In my opinion, the only reason to pay the higher prices found here is because its supposed to be easier to get what you want. Had I been trying to purchase a big ticket item I definitely would have been frustrated!

They rarely have a good selection.

Called to see if they had any kid’s bikes in stock. The lady told me to come in as there are no personal shoppers to help me over the phone. I just wanted to know if they had any so I didn’t waste a trip.

After visiting, Im less surprised about them going out of business. Staff is fantastically nice. But when it actually comes down to the selection of items, I was very underwhelmed. Im into the artsy stuff, especially kid stuff because its cheap and can have some really fun items. But if you just want Crayola and literally only Crayola items with next to no other options, then go here. Id rather visit hobby lobby and get a huge selection of things to do with my niece and nephew.Also, they have so much in stock still and the discounts dont even feel significant on a lot of the items. Well probably go back to here when the prices have dropped much more.

Understandably the associates here werent very helpful in any or all aspects other than at checkout or stocking what product was left to stock. Still a good trip even if one of the last of not the last I will have to this place because they are closing.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Definitely don’t get too excited about their going out of business discounts. It’s likely you’ll get scammed into a product with missing/ruined parts. I just bought my daughter a $350+ trampoline for her birthday. She was so excited to try it out on her birthday as most kids would be only to find that parts were bent and missing and we wouldn’t be able to put it together after all. After reaching out to the store manager I was told there’s nothing they can do and all sales are final. Thanks for ruining my kids birthday Toys R us.

The staff was amazingly friendly. We came in for. Pokemon promos and the store offered us some. even if the period was over.

I am gonna miss this place. For what its worth visit toys r is one last time and buy something you normally wouldnt. I bought an rc boat and a drone today. I wouldve not bought one normally but because its closing why the hell not. Go buy a drone its the last thing left. I got the last rc boat. You can buy it for 70000000. Hit me up rich people.

There was plenty of staff on hand for the busy holiday season all asking if we needed help and assisting us as well as many others around us.

Hats off to Melissa for grabbing and holding me the last Baby Alive....made my 4 yr/old niece a Happy Christmas!

I went with only 9 days til they shut there doors for good. Prices were still high, not even half off. Not much to choose from. I do better at sales. Just sorry to see yet another piece of my childhood go away. But so did Bargain Town USA, Dispensas Kiddie Kingdom, Dispensas Castle of Toys, Child World, amd many, many others.

Good selection sometimes higher prices but they also price match.

We just attended the Shopkins Swapkins party. As always, it was a great time. The associates were very friendly and helpful.

Really bummed this place closed, probably had to do with their pricing. Even their clothes were expensive. Some things was overpriced for sure.
