Really great! Id say the best donuts in all of Joliet. Always wanting to comeback here every weekend for their angel creme eclairs because they are just perfect! Theyre soft, creamy, airy, and of course sweet! The coconut donut is another favorite of mine and is underrated in my opinion. Prices are very reasonable as a dozen of donuts will cost a little over $11 with tax and an angel cream eclair is under $2 each. Youve made the right choice if you come here for donuts!

I used to work at a really fancy and high end donut shop, so Im pretty disappointed with all of the 3 donut options near us. So, we drive almost 20 miles to get donuts at Home Cut and nowhere else. They really are the real deal.

Great old fashioned donuts. No cookie cutter decorated garbage here. Just delicious and wonderful donuts and coffee made just right. The Angel Creme is exactly that, kissed by an angel before it goes in the donuts

I went to Home Cut Donuts as a recommendation from my co-worker. While there the staff was pleasant and even some of the patrons. Couple of the local customers shared their favorite picks and highly recommended the coffee. Which I also purchased.I was also pleased with the giant donut. My 1st visit was at 10:30pm on Easter. We had a sweet tooth and was glad to learn this shop was open. Its very clean and bright inside and the sales associate was very nice. So far the donuts are good (I bought 5 dozens and we havent gone through all of them just yet).I recommend this establishment.

Truly a Joliet classic! All the bases are covered as far as basic donut offerings go, but the special treats like a coffee roll or an eclair set this place apart from the rest. The cold brew coffee is a newer part of the menu, and I get it every time I stop by. Easy to get there, open late, parking gets weird though. I hope theyre around forever!

Always a great experience...was busy today so we enjoyed the slow pace of drinking coffee and have a few doughnuts. The selection was great and the old fashioned feel of yester-years is definitely worth it! Will be back as we are loyal to good places.

Simply mouth watering donuts! The staff is always friendly and energetic...even before the sun rises. Lol. I love the old school vibe here with the countertops and stools. There are always adorable old men reading their newspaper and sipping their coffee. There is a glass window where you can see the fresh magic of donut making happening.My three favorites are their Bavarian cream, Taffy Apple and the seasonal pumpkin spice. Looking for amazing cinnamon rolls? Yep, they have those too.

This is a hidden gem in Joliet, well anywhere in the suburbs. We found them by accident a few years ago and keep going back.Some of the best donuts you will taste. Constantly being made fresh and you can see them make them. We recommend anything jelly, apple, apple fritters, donut on a stick.They also do catering. I orderd 21 dozen for a three day event. Frosted to the colors I wanted, made fresh each morning and ready for me to pick up.Highly recommend.

Happened to stumble upon Home Cut Donuts by freak luck. My cousin randomly took me there and my expectations were exceeded to say the least. Since my first visit I believe I’ve gone 2-3 times in the span of one week! Definitely going to have to up the exercise to compensate 😄 Delicious donuts for sure!

This place has a great variety of donuts with all of the essentials. Being open 24 hours, they still seem to have a lot to choose from at non-popular times of the day. The texture on all of their donuts is nice and dense, but I find both their yeast and cake donuts to be a bit dried out. If this wasnt the case, theyd be an excellent shop because the donuts have great balance when it comes to not being overly sweet, or having the right amount of filling. The locals love Home Cut Donuts, so I guess its always worth a try if youre around.

Such a friendly and delicious spot. Very Covid-19 compliant with fresh donuts. We take our grandchildren here once a month and would not do that if everyone wasnt wearing a mask.

I dont really know what it is about this place. I wasnt the one who went in and purchased what I ate! I was with a friend of mine and she purchased a pumpkin spice donut or pumpkin something and a glazed donut for myself. I have tried way better glazed donuts, even out of the grocery store, gas station or 7-Eleven🤷🏽‍♀️! I didnt want to waste it because someone else bought it, so I went ahead and stomached it🙄. I was rather discouraged because I was craving glazed donuts😣. It was pretty dried out, like it was old and had been sitting up there all day. I dont know how often they get fresh donuts because I dont eat here frequently at all. Not really one of my go-to spots anyway. Again, what is it about this place that makes people flock to it like its going out of business🤔? Then on top of that, theyre open 24 hours.

My son and I stopped one day for the very fresh and delicious home cut donuts! They have one with sprinkles on a stick that worked out really good for my little man.I’ve been a fan of home cut donuts forever. Glad to see the interior/exterior updates done, but the quality of the donuts has remained fresh and amazing.One year we ordered a “cake size” glazed donut for my husbands birthday and it was awesome.

They are a 24-hour store. No waiting in the store, but just wear a mask. You can go inside. Pick your own doughnuts. Very tasty too. And such a selection. Fun part you can look next door and the are making more doughnuts. You can watch through the glass wide windows. While we were there only 3 people came in besides us. I took many photos. Our first time. And they sell ice cream sandwiches too next to the door leaving the store. Nice to see on a busy block called Jefferson Street.

Their staff has gone the extra mile to help people in these trying times as well. I make it a point to stop at Home Cut anytime I am out in “beautiful” Joliet. Their donuts are amazing, I have yet to have one I didn’t like. Like the old saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” These guys have been a staple of the community for years and Jim has done well keeping the tradition alive. MOST...staff are friendly. Its a clear environment and the donuts are very good and usually fresh. I personally love the cherry cake with glaze donuts. Friends love the apple fridge and chocolate covered bananas.

Best donuts within an hour! Recently we went there at around 4 am and the donuts felt and tasted like they had just been cooked. no matter what time you get there though, they always taste fresh and fantastic. Also make sure to try there apple fritters. They are the best around!
