No store front. Order online only and pick up only during specific time slots. Fastenal was always awesome but this is a let down. Disappointed in the lack of desire to service

Open to the public, not just to businesses, and if you need a weird item they more than likely have it in there online catalog, found many items that the big box stores would charge a fortune to order or have at a higher price at a decent price .
