Very smooth transaction getting me new cart. Friendly people, answered all my questions and got me on my way. I was nervous about delivery because I could not be there but the driver gave me a call and I helped get him right to our RV spot. He was very polite and the cart made it to its new home. Great team this company has. Will be our go to company for all our cart needs!

After stopping by multiple golf cart dealers we found Beaver Creek. Everybody we met there was kind, helpful and far from pushy. They have great carts new and used. Prices are on point and they have a great mechanics shop, clean and organized! Multiple employees here have been here over 20 years! The owner Bill is a nice person and his employees and customers get treated well because of it.

Brought my cart in after emailing them to make it faster. They said 20mph per the email. They charged me 244$ for a speed sensor instead. Still going only 12

Recently got all new batteries and cables on my club car. Excellent customer service from the minute I called til the minute I got the cart back. Quality of service and level of care is top notch. I’ve dealt with a different dealer when buying my cart, and I wish I went to these guys from the start. Will go back with future needs, cannot beat their pricing and service.

My headlights were dim and the tail lights did not work. They picked it up and found that I had misplaced a wire when I replaced the batteries. They charged me $30.00 to pick up my cart and return. The mechanic took less than two minutes to diagnose. What honesty and courteous service. I am glad I bought my cart from Bill six years ago. Great place

Very knowledgeable and helpful girls at the counter. Many parts for trailers in stock and ready to go. When I need my trailer parts I dont even waste my time giving others a try, I know Beaver Creek will have everything I need to get my jobs done.

Super quick to diagnose. Reasonably priced and quick to fix. And it looked like they were very busy too. They had tons of carts in queue and they got us done very quick. Our old cart (1994) it still running great thanks to beaver creek.

They are great people to purchase a golf cart from. I love Robin and Cammy. I would like to marry them both.

So far so good, I dont claim to know anything about golf carts. But the staff so far have been extremely helpfull and not condensing. They are very upfront about costs and gave some very good suggestions on saving money when I brought my old junker cart in to be repaired. They didnt make me feel like a second class citizen because my golf cart was old too. So well see how the rest of my experience goes. Ill keep us posted.

Although mechanically my cart got fixed and it runs better, everything about this experience was horrific. From the pick up where the driver destroyed my lawn at the end of my driveway ( and then lied about it), to the extended time it took to complete the job. I was called and told it was done, I paid for it, and then they called and said it would not run and make it up the ramp for the trailer. (Was told the mechanic works 12 hour shifts and leaves at 2:00pm) I was lied to, told I would get called back by Robin ( The Manager) with updates, ( never called back) was told then I needed a battery, ( which I didnt and still dont) and then was told it could be delivered back three days later. I finally rented a trailer myself and picked it up. I at least give them 1 star because obviously the mechanic knew how to fix my cart.

I was just in there picking up some welding supplies I know absolutely zero about welding the lady behind the counter was very helpful taught me a lot in the matter of 15 minutes I will definitely be going back for all my supplies. James from Dimond asphalt.

I was told on the phone a steering box that I was looking for was in stock and was priced at 199.00 after a 20 mile drive I am told she made a mistake, the part was going to be 486.00, as I walkout without the part I got no apology. I wish there was a no star rating
