I’m not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but the kid who took our order was incredibly rude which wouldnt have bugged me so much if he had gotten our orders right but he did not. He got not one, but both orders wrong.

Everything they serve is always on point. Only bad thing is the wait, but its worth it!. They need to Invest in getting their intercom working so they can speed up their lines. Owner is nice and on-site from time to time

Id give 0 stars if I could leave a review. We waited 24 minutes for ice cream. We ordered 2 blizzards, a shake and a slushie. The blizzards cups were covered with pink and blue sticky gunk. We asked for napkins which took another 5 or 6 minutes. We were shorted a straw. The shake was inedible. The cups were breaking and dripping all over . Had to toss the ice cream and about 20 bucks away

We went there on Subday and my mom always orders a chocolate malt. We said no whip cream and chocolate there was whip cream on it. It wasnt a malt. Everytime we take her there for a malt, they mess it up. The girl at the window was rude. Put a call into the store, they were supposed to call us back....never did.

We ordered a bbq beef sandwich and a cheese dog. Thought we would try them. HUGE MISTAKE ON OUR PART. The meat on the BBQ beef looked like rewarmed bbq pulled pork very very dried out, hard and a teaspoon at best of meat on a very small dry hamburger bun. The cheese dog you can tell they just put the cheese on any which way. We didnt notice our awful food until we got home to eat. We did not call to complain bc all the girls that were working all had attitudes to begin with so calling wouldnt have done us any good. We have eaten at many dairy queens and NEVER EVER AN ISSUE! We will never go back to this location. MC Donalds does a better job and has better costumer service than this dairy queen location!! I would rate them as negative 5 stars had to rate a 1 star bc thats the lowest you can go for rating.

For more than 2 years I have always had wonderful service. Last night was absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line 28 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. This has never happened before. They did have 2 employees working. Paid 5.90 for nachos. When I got home they were so stale I would have broken a tooth. Threw away. I have had many times before. Totally different Awful. They were cold on top of everything. I’m afraid to go back!

Did an awesome job at making my moms birthday cake. She has severe allergies and they were awesome about working around it. They also contacted me to let me know that the crunch that is in most cakes have one of her allergens in it! I definitely recommend purchasing an ice cream cake from here.

The young people who work here are top notch! This DQ is very consistent in quality and is always clean. When the fake pandemic came to town, their drive-thru was nearly an hour wait, but totally worth it!

Drive thru not so nice but it was near closing time. All of us enjoyed the ice cream and family time... even Ripley the Boxer

I usually like to come here after work but for the past few times I’ve come here they have that same RUDE and IGNORANT girl working there. She’s the worst! She’s rude on the phone, she’s rude in person. I don’t understand why the have these kids working there. I ALWAYS hear them talking very badly about customers and they have no respect! It’s not ALL of them it’s mostly that girl Emily I think her name is. Last night I heard her yelling at her co-workers while I was sitting in drive-thru and then I noticed she’s just on her phone the whole time... HORRIBLE!

I live right by the Dairy Queen on RT59 and I drive out of my way just to go to this location, everyone there is so friendly! Emily who works the drive through window is the sweetest girl. she is always so polite. She greets you with a smile on her face every time. I give a lot of credit to these kids. It’s not easy to work with the public, sometimes people give bad reviews for no reason. Just like the comment above complaining that the store is next to a tobacco shop? Really?I recommend this location to anyone in the area. Friendly, Great/fast customer service and of course awesome ice cream !!

Love this place. For it being run by teenagers they do an outstanding job. The only setback is the drive thru. They need to fix the speaker system. I think it would make things more fast .

Three employees working and it takes a half hour to get ice cream...I pull up, they are standing around talking and not caring about the line that keeps getting longer.

Good service great ice cream what else could you ask for the only thing I didnt like about it was their drive-through they should fix the sign in the back thats been broken for the last 30 years then you can order and I dont have to wait for 15 minutes every time you go there

My wife and I go here way too much for our own good but its always so good. The staff is always friendly and efficient even with a line out the door or wrapped all the way around the building in the drive thru. My sole issue is with the design of the drive thru but thats not something the staff or maybe even the ownership can control.

Place is small, no place to sit. I asked for a sample of the sour patch. I was told they dont give samples. So if i dont like it, can I get something else? Gals response was idk. Wont be back.

The DQ on Essington Road near Caton Farm Road has excellent staff and great selections! Even when very busy, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Ordered cake online. 4 days early. Go to pick up before party, colors all wrong. Not to hard to read the order and make the cake correctly. Frosting should have been pink, it was white. Letters should have been pink, nope red. Excuse was they dont have pink frosting....then get the website fixed so you dont offer it. 5 dollars off for their mistake. If I had time to mess with getting a cake elsewhere I would have just left them with it. But, they knew I didnt so I took the petty discount and will not shop there again. Be warned. With that all said, the young man that helped us was apologetic and did what he could. Whomever made the cake, Id suggest reading comprehension lessons. I wouldnt go so over the top as to say birthday ruined, I will say its a fail for this location though

Have pretty good ice cream but they can be pretty expensive. But they have plenty of choices from ice cream to smooths to ice cream cake. This place is good if u like ice cream. But I think they should make there own egg not like overuse around Christmas. If u l in le ice cream this is decently the place to go if uh like ice cream. This place is good place to go if your hot in the summer after a sport or if u just like ice cream. Recommend it.

We essentially paid $10 for 2 cups of vanilla ice cream instead of Reeses Pieces and Reeses Peanut Butter Cup blizzards. This is not the first time this has happened at this franchise. I would rather drive out of the way to a different DQ than visit this establishment again.

Been going here for years and years and years. Today i order a blizzard for my granddaughter. The lady doesnt flip it over just hands it to me. I ask her for a coupon for my next visit cause she didnt flip it over. She says you were busy and didnt see it. I never had trouble here so i called and talked to the manager. He says yes she did. You didnt see it.We will never come here again. We go 2 or 3 times a week.Plainfield dairy queen you just got all of our business,!!!Not because we didnt get a coupon but because of the way we were treated.
