Excellent experiences with this company. They were patient and courteous about all my questions no matter how minor. The site takes you step by step to order the belt you want correctly. They will answer any questions you have along the way. The preview for the belt, as well as the belt came quickly and within the timeframe promised. The quality of the workmanship and the material of the belt- outstanding. I know various other karate students who purchased their belts from them and have not heard one negative issue.

If you order embroidery on your belt, they will send you a graphic to show you the belt and embroidery you want to make sure its exactly how you want it before they embroider the actual belt. Customer service at Kataaro is amazing, second only to the quality of their products. We have several custom made black belts from Kataaro, they are beautiful pieces of art as well as quality made right here in the USA. Kataaro also does custom embroidery, which is beautifully done! We have been so impressed that our karate school has committed to purchasing all our students black belts from Kataaro. They carry color belts as well, and can custom make most anything.

Ordered 3 Custom belt from Kataaro. 2 of them came perfectly one that I paid $200 JUDO belt the screwed badly. Kataaro try to come up with a new Judo Red and White belt that doesnt exist. They dont want make me a new one. Shame on you. I wouldnt spend money ordering another belt from this company
