I also had a bad experience, the owner called me the next day to apologize but then never called again to set up an appointment with me when the first lady wasnt working. So here I am looking for some where else to get my supplies.

Thought it was insurance fraud when it came up on my claims through BCBSIL because I don’t use oxygen supplies. But I had purchased a breast pump through insurance on Aeroflow’s website, Aeroflow does not make you aware the claim will show up through a completely different name and company. I spoke with a very nice woman at Home Air who explained the situation to me. Very happy it was cleared it and makes complete sense.

I also have been verbally abused by the delivery lady. She was mean. Seems like they dont want to make deliverys. Its like pulling teeth getting tubing. Do your self a favor and stay away from this company.

Horrible business. Had one of the employees verbally assault me. Much better places to go for your oxygen supplies.

Very knowledgeable. My husband needed a new bi-pap machine, since it was new Virginia made sure we knew how to set it up. Would recommend Home Air Joliet to all our friends and family.

When you have great BCBS ins. And get told to bring back a machine you had for a month. What are you going to do reissue it out like new. Like I said I called BCBS so you won’t get your payments. Thank you for not helping..

Disorganized. Minimum effort to service their customers, like theyre doing you a favor. Also, they will not mail supplies to you. You have to pick them up. Ive moved on.
