I had an appointment scheduled for 10AM and was told it would take around 2-3 hours for installation however my car was finished and I was on my way by 11:45. The tints are 50% front/back and 20% sides. I’m happy with the results and would recommend Rainbow to others

I had took my new truck to rainbow glass tint. I had them install full windshield tint. I was not happy with how it turned out since there was a very notable line in the tint. See picture. I had requested them to redo to remove it and do it the correct way so that there would be no notable line. They were willing to redo the window tint if I had paid for the removal of the windshield tint that they just put on. I was not satisfied with there quality of work. Honest review. They did attempt to work with me hence why two stars but at the end of the day they did not deliver a good product not stand behind it 100% rather only 50% as they wanted to charge me to remove it but free to install a new tint. I recommend a tint shop that stands completely behind there work.

Always great for window tints. I have been there multiple times all without issue. What they say is what you get. Quality. Id highly recommend them for your car stereo or window tinting needs. I will continue to go there with every vehicle I own.

I was referred by kendzia tire and service. Made my appointment infront of him because I was told how they do great work and to ask for Greg for window tinting. I made my appointment for today Tuesday June 29th at 10am for my Ford raptor and i took the day off work. Which Im in the military. I get here early they had booked me for another day that I didnt agree on. Horrible service and they wasnt willing to make it right. They wont earn my money or future businessIn response to what the owner comment down below. Your dead wrong for saying I had the wrong shop. I was parked outside the shop in my blue raptor making this post because of the horrible service. Check your books as you had me dated for next Tuesday. You dont treat customers or military workers who take the day off to get work done that was scheduled.

I’ve been to Rainbow Glass twice now and have been very satisfied both times. I got all my windows on my Jetta tinted and it came out very professional. I went back for a remote start/visor tint and despite it being finished the same day, they still wound up tinting the windshield visor for free since it took longer than expected. Gestures like that are what makes a great business. I highly recommend you choose them for your next car project and have nothing but good things to say.

They make me appointment and when I go there at the time and date I don’t have an appointment and also the people for install my subwoofer said it’s should be ready for 2 hours but it’s not ready on time!!!

Had my car and my girlfriends done by here for audio and window tint. Staff is great and will always make sure youre taken care of if something goes wrong. My subwoofers kept going in and out after a couple days of use, went back and they gave me a brand new wiring kit for free because the first one was bad. Very professional.

First time there, looks good.On another note, this was prolly a month ago or close to, but idk who was working on my tints but I believe whoever did lost there ID in my car because my boyfriend found someones ID in my car and its a brand new car no one has been in it. We took it to Rainbow tint and then the ID was found weeks after, just curious, his name is Kharel? Ive never in my life seen this guy nor know him.

I have taken every car I have ever owned to Rainbow tint. I love dealing with Paul the owner. Hes a good guy and always accommodating. I have taken 5 vehicles there and only once in those 5 vehicles did I get a piece of hair that caused a bubble in 1 window. They redid it, no questions asked. I even had a few of those vehicles done twice due to window tint tickets lol. The quality of job they do along with their customer service is why I will be doing my Challenger with them too. I cant wait. I hate not having tinted windows! See you guys soon!

Brought my truck in 2 weeks ago for window tint since Ive been a loyal customer for a few years now and I had to bring it back to be redone since the rear window wasnt done properly. Also stopped in to purchase some supplies for my audio install this weekend, stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone came to the counter and then he called for someone else to help me and stood there for another 5 minutes before walking out ... Its a shame really since Paul used to take care of everything and make sure the customer was happy and now this. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere .

To have a place actually called glass tinting they should be a perfect glass tinting place... At lease I think... But I had to bring my car back twice for them to fix 2 windows and I still have to have them redo my back window because of flaws...

My car starter was installed at Rainbow Glass Tinting almost 7 years ago. After having a dead battery this past week, my remotes needed to be reprogrammed. Stopped there this afternoon around 3:00 pm thinking they would tell me I had to make an appointment and come back. They took my car inside, reprogrammed my remotes and I was on my way. I took my car a few weeks ago just to get it reprogrammed and one of Paul’s Guys just takes my whole unit which was professionally installed yanked out and after I bring it his attention that his guy pulled my whole unit out AFTER WAITING LAST TO LEAVE WHEN I WAS THE FIRST GUY THERE AT 8:30 AM HE STATED A REPROGRAMMING AND SCREWED MY DAMN STARTER UP,MY CAR DOESN’T STAY ON FOR 20 MINUTES TO WARM UP THE CAR HOW I HAD IT SET UP FOR THE WINTER AND THE SENSITIVITY TO MY ALARM WONT GO OFF IF I CLOSE THE DOOR WITH THE ALARM ACTIVE HE JUST SCREWED THE WHOLE SET UP AND CANT EVEN DO A SIMPLE REPROGRAMMING!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND DESPITE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS HERE AND I STILL PLAN TO GO BACK TO GET THIS FIXED OTHERWISE IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB

Told me an hour and a half when I set up my appointment and I waited for over 3 hours. They only started when they did because I complained and they gave me an excuse I knew was bull. Ive had a total of 3 car starters installed by Rainbow and was very satisfied. However, I wanted to get rain guards put on and that was a complete hassle. For a week and a half (of me calling), they were never ordered. When they FINALLY got ordered and came in, I asked if I could come in that day between 5-5:30pm and was told that was fine. I drove over 30 mins to get there, arrive at 5:15pm and NO ONE was there! Needless to say, they have put a sour taste in my mouth. I should not have to chase a company. If it wasnt for being told I would get them installed for free (the very first time I went and was supposed to get them installed but they were not ordered), I would not have dealt with the BS. Car starters I will still get from them since I have not had a problem with that. But any other car items, I will be going elsewhere. Things need to be written down and customer service needs to come first.

Unprofessional. Went in to get a replacement key pad and was told they had to ordrer it, come back in a couple days. Never took my name or number. I called a couple days later and was given the run around. Told me to just come in. I drove the 10 miles again and after 20 minutes of waiting for the guy tonplay around in my car he tells me they dont have anything in stock for my car. Told me they will order it come back in a couple more days. This time they took my information and I never heard from them. Complete waste of time. Terrible customer service. Will never do business there again.
