Have purchased multiple pairs of glasses for myself and son at full price with no insurance. Looking for more cost effective possibilities for my 10 yr old. Wanted my pupil distance (which is part of my prescription that I PAID for) The eye Dr said. “No”When I asked how I could obtain that information he said in a very snippy voice “good question”Won’t be back. Very very rude.

I stopped in here to see if they could repair my glasses and was told that it wasnt worth their time and this is all without them even looking at them. I dont go here regularly but after that I definitely would never consider doing so. The place also seems very outdated.

Service and selection is not bad but hours are horrible, and god forbid if you have to drive there and hope you find somewhere to park. only one person to adjust glasses and they are not there every day. if you work for a living go somewhere else that can service you outside or regular business hours. if you have lots of free time they might be a perfect choice.

They were extremely patient with my daughter, who changed her mind repeatedly. They had a great selection of reduced price frames, so I got away without spending a fortune.

Racist staff would not let me look at frames for glasses that were out on display until she was done with her only customer! BYE Keep streotypying people youll close down sooner then u think

The optrician was not very friendly. After they called, I went in to pick up my new glasses and they were scratched. They had to be sent back for a new lens.
