We needed storage for our move back to Buffalo, and we called Life Storage to see about getting a couple of units to help with the move. I left a message and within a few minutes Rich returned my call, got everything arranged for us, and when we brought our stuff for storage, he had everything ready to go. As we needed more storage, Rich always had everything ready to go when we arrived. He is a great asset for Life Storage, and for all its customers.

Rich is the man! Customer service is incredible! Please check them out if you can wait. Out of all the life storages, this is by far the best.

We needed a storage unit in Buffalo and Im glad Ive found this Life Storage facility. As many review has mentioned the store manager, Ron, is awesome to work with. The facility itself has a couple of advantages over other storage facilities that weve used in the past: 1) every unit is indoors, so the prices are higher than external units found in other facilities. Given the amount of weather Buffalo has, having an indoor unit is imperative. 2) the customer loading area makes the whole loading/unloading process super convenient. Pull your moving truck (carefully) to the large roll-up door and youll get to move in the comfort of protection from the elements. In general, the facility is very quiet, so dont really have to worry about fighting the crowd to access your unit.

The best service ever! Great security and the storage facility is so clean! Richard even stayed twenty minutes past the office closing time so we could get set up with our unit. Thank you so much!

I have always experienced courteous customer service and storage notifications. I’ve occupied space for three years and it has been and easy going and clean environment at life storage.

I will first say that I managed a self storage facility for 10 years. I know what the job entails and that you have a wide spectrum of clients. The vast majority of the business is crisis driven. It is important to receptive and accommodating to all clients who come through the door. In our case, there was a passing in the family.I had the pleasure of working with Rich the facility manager for our storage needs. Even though it was 30 minutes prior to closing, Rich was welcoming from the door step and immediately empathic to our situation. He took the time to thoroughly explain things and I did not feel rushed through the transaction.As for the facility; when I ran my storage facility I was a stickler for cleanliness. The facility far exceeded my expectations. This facility is pristine starting with the office, hallways and the unit.Thank you so much Rich for the positive experience.

This location was so good to me when I was in a pinch. Extremely professional business with more than fair prices for the facility. The woman who helped me was kind and welcoming, and I believe her name was Bri. Forgive me if I am wrong. Will certainly recommend to friends in the future.

Had our house items stored at LifeStorage in Kenmore Ave. for 10 months. No issues, clean consistent temperature, and plenty of carts to help with moving. Our unit had a light which was very helpful when moving in, looking for items and moving out. Rich (General Manager) is awesome! Always so helpful and friendly. We will miss seeing him and waving hello!

I can honestly say that Rich is my angel and hero. From day one, he was professional, helpful, supportive, friendly and kind. The Life Storage company in Kenmore, NY, is an excellent location. Our store manager, Rich, is outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable about the many aspects of moving and storage. There are many reasons for using storage spaces, such as, downsizing, being in transition between apartments, or a new home, or, remodelling, or storing collectibles. The prices and variety of spaces and sizes are reasonable. This is a modern facility which is safe and monitored. Im very pleased with the service and the business model of Life Storage. There is ample parking. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has dollies, elevator, and climate control, its wonderful. This company operates with the consumers as their number one priority. I like their You Tube videos, their supply store, and the warm welcome kit. Applying on line was very easy, breezy. And, you can always call them on the phone for information. In summary, Life Storage is outstanding!!!

I had to place items in storage her at the end of October. The manager there was very friendly and helped me pick out the best unit for my needs which wasn’t much. The unit is climate controlled and clean which I liked. The only downside is the limited time it’s open to gain access to your belongings if needed but I don’t mind. I would highly recommend this place. It’s nice to know your items are safe when you can’t hold onto them yourself.

The units are safely secured, but not too complicated or complex to remember & understand. Good service too. Staff is very helpful & can help with recommendation

Very clean, secure, and climate controlled. Critical features when it comes to what you want when storing your goods. Several implements (carts, handtrucks, etc) make moving and transferring your belongings easy. You also have the option of using their own rental moving truck for a very cheap fee when you rent there.

Good experience with them. Not only did I get a month free for renting a month, they let you use thier van to move out free first 25 miles!!! Ive worked with three different associates and was impressed by each of them. Amy was extremely helpful when I was making my reservations over the phone. She laid out all my options, discussed what I was storing and helped me determine what size space I would need. She also told me about a truck rental available through Life Storage that was super helpful in my situation. Patrick was very thorough and informative when I went to see the space and sign the agreement. He made sure I looked at the space to be sure it would be big enough. And the original space I selected was not. (I am very bad a spatial reasoning) Patrick had another, slightly larger unit available. And Kevin at the location on Wehrle was extremely helpful in renting me the truck I needed to switch out stuff from my house to my storage unit. Having never rented storage space before, every person I was in contact with was extremely helpful and made it very easy.

As a first time storage rental user I was very impressed with this location. The building is well maintained and the units are clean and well lite. I have dealt with Patrick (store manager) from the start. He is friendly and very informative he helped me decide which unit would meet my needs, took me around the building and showed me various units and locations for easy access. I have been to my unit multiple times and he always greets me and is eager to offer his assistance.
