The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If you go on the weekends, go early (as soon as they open) since it can get crowded. The printing is expensive and they have a $2 minimum so don’t try to print your shipping labels there! But I don’t think those prices are set by the store—probably set by UPS corporate. They also take USPS drop offs there, which is way faster than going to a USPS store.

Had a great experience. I was able to print forms, get them notarized, scanned, and sent via overnight mail all in the same store. Staff was friendly and helpful

Wouldnt honor UPS Store online advertised price for printing. Charged me nearly double online advertised price. Easy opportunity for service recovery by honoring online price but they chose not to do it. Poor service.

This UPS location is great! Everyones always very helpful, turnaround time is quick and the owners are such nice people. We order all of our companies business cards, letterhead and anything else that needs to be designed and printed. I highly recommend this place.Big thanks for all you guys do for us!

I use UPS for majority of my small business printing, from name tags, to coupons, to posters, to printed brochures and business cards and appointment cards, they are fabulous, stand behind their work and produce top quality items. If I need a random item, I always ask UPS because chances are they have the capability to get it done quickly, easily, and in a price competitive manner. We love them!

Always quick and easy

Red haired employee was one of the most unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. We came in at 9am to get a legal document notarized because it says online that there is a notary that will be available starting at 9am. He was not there. I asked the red haired gentleman working there to call and ask his boss (who is the notary) and he went in the back and pretended to call him for about 15 seconds and came back and said you should come back tomorrow. Complete waste of time, I will never come back to this ups store for anything ever again.

Charged me 20 cents per black and white copy. You cant print directly from machine like you can at FedEx. Go to FedEx especially if u need only couple copies as they charge you for 20 copies the minimum it appear.

I have been going to this UPS location and the one in Kirkland Bridle Trails because of who they are owned by. The Patels are incredible owners who care about the quality of your prints and make sure that everything is perfectly detailed. From shipping, printing, notarizing, stamps, and so much more, this store offers far more than youd know

Usually dread going to postal stores but this particular location is friendly, helpful and fast. Makes a dreaded task feel like a breeze.

So looks like they charge you minimum 2 dollars plus tax even if you have to get one copy printed from USB.They dont have self serve kiosks like they do in fedex and you have to hand them the usb to take a print and they can view the docs u r printinf.so wont go here for any printing anymore.The inconvenience and lack of privacy are main reason Ill go to FedEx for my printing.
