Customer Service in Tri-Cities in general is mediocre because of little competition. Consequently, local businesses are easily overwhelmed and the first thing to suffer is customer service. Lithia falls into that trap too.

Service was good, but they no longer offer a courtesy ride home and there is absolutely no place to park your vehicle when you drop it off.

Went today to check out a Honda Odyssey with my husband to meet our sales men josh Mendoza at 5:30 pm not only was he late to our appointment but he didn’t even tell us anything about the car. He left us with the keys and went back inside. when we returned the keys back he didn’t ask if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. The car was dirty inside and out and the radio would not turn on we had a few questions more but didn’t bother because of the lack of Unprofessional service from the sales men.

This place is absolutely awesome, I have purchased both my vehicles from Arthur Bowen, tell you what this guys is a no pressure sell person. Example, my second rig I purchased, I was being extremely picky. Good reason to, anything north of 40K for is like taking a second mortgage. Arthur understood listing to what I wanted and him and his sales manager found the truck I was looking for South of Oregon.Their service department is awesome as well, anytime I have had a issue they get me in right away and do the best to diagnose and fix the issue. I am a lithia customer for life.

They have great deals on RAM trucks. Good knowledgeable staff in the parts department. Service team is good and friendly.

Sales wise everything went smooth, but when it comes down to service they are trash, was told Chrysler is only responsible for fixing your vehicle but not responsible for providing transportation even if your vehicle is under warranty.

Nicest people you will meet.UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS. Then they forget about customer service. And you become a number.The parts manager is a tool. The sales manager is a liar. But the service manager seems like a stand up guy having to fix the empty promises and wrong parts from the other guys.

Customer service is the WORST Ive ever experienced in car sales and/or repairs. They absolutely will rip you off, admit theyre doing it, and you have zero recourse. I rarely call for the shuttering of any business, but this place is a true MENACE TO SOCIETY. Ownership of Lithia should be ashamed of themselves, but their greed has made them oblivious.

I had extensive repairs done on my 2003 Dodge Ram and the service advisor communicated by text even when I was on vacation to let me know of and approve the repair cost. Ive been going to this facility 4 years as I also have a lifetime oil change contract. I I feel like a special customer every time I go to the repair facility.

Post cars that arent available for sale there, but for auction. No sales ability if I walked away without a vehicle. Tried to sell me something I didnt want.

I drove dodge pickups for over 20 years. Lithia’s service destroyed my loyalty to ram. Had a transmission go out at 32k on 2016 ram 3500 and they fought not to cover it. Rams are good pick up but if lithia is your dealer for service. You’re screwed. I switched to ford and corwin service is far superior.

Rude sales guy. Never even got out of his chair. The Car Lot itself is in a great location, has many options, and is spread out so that it doesnt feel crowded.

If I own a Dodge, I would find a different dealer. Customer service is terrible.
