This shop is amazing. Daniel is very knowledgeable about everything in his shop. It is very obvious he is passionate about what he does and is very willing to help anyone that walks in wether they are seasoned experts or like me wanting something knew and having no knowledge. I also really appreciated that he has a POW/MIA missing man table set in the middle of his shop. Definitely give this place a visit.

The employee (owner?) was incredibly friendly and offered smells of cigars I was unsure of and also knew what he was talking about. Found a couple great stogies for that weekend. They didn’t carry any rum or cognac soaked brands like Makers Mark but a huge selection. Def will be my go to place when we visit the Tri-Cities!

Cool little place with a small but nice & organized walk in humidor. They dont have a huge selection but it is a nice selection of sticks. Friendly & informative staff

The best place in TriCities, in my opinion, for cigars! Daniel, the owner, will welcome you in and is awesome at helping you decide what will be great that day. Buy a few, buy a lot. Singles to boxes. I have visited many of the cigar/smoke shops in the area, and from what I can see, prices are the best here. Daniel just had a Perdomo event, with some really good deals, and lots of knowledge from the rep who came for it. Nice swag to be raffled off, from the Patented coffee mug with a cigar rest, to a Pelican Case humidor. Lots of knowledge here for a beginning smoker, or someone who knows what they want when they come in as well. This is a shop for cigars, and pipes. They sell humidors, lighters, cutters, pipes, pipe tobacco, etc but no cigarettes here, just a really nice place to come, choose your stick, and enjoy out on the patio. Come try Cigar Savvy and see what you have been missing on deals and selection ❤️

There really isnt much to say. If you want to get into cigars but are self conscious about your lack of knowledge or experience, or you just want to know about the best of the new releases Cigar Savvy is the place to go. Good prices, well maintained humidification, excellent service, and reliable knowledge-based recommendations. This place is amazing.If youre just in town visiting, or youre a local looking to get into the hobby: this is THE place to go. Do not detour. Do not accept less. This is the best place in town.

So I went there for the first time today and the gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. Their selection of cigars was amazing. The also had smoking pipes for adults, tobacco for pipes, lighters, cigar cutters, and other accessories. I was amazed by how much the guy that was running the shop knew about cigars. They even had an outside seating area to smoke. The store was very clean.

This is hands down the greatest cigar shop Ive ever been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they have an amazing selection as well. I almost forget they have a wide selection of pipes and pipe Tobacco too.

If you want good cigars at good prices this is the place. Everything from top shelf $15+ to good quality cheaper $5. And pipes and tobacco and humidors. Plus friendly staff

Went in to get a variety of connecticut wrappers as I am new to cigars. These fellas were a class act, they knew exactly where to point me and shared their vast knowledge with me and made my choice a breeze. Highly recommend, they are the only choice for afficiandos looking for premium hand mades in the tri-city area. Looking forward to my next purchase with these guys.

Selection is the first thing I judge any shop by and Cigar Savvy scores big with me by having a wide variety by numerous manufacturers. Lets face it, most Cigar Shops are cigarette shops with a few Swishers and maybe some Acids in a humidor if youre lucky. Cigar Savvy is an actual cigar shop, the walk in humidor is spacious and has enough variety to make any enthusiast happy.The rest of the shop is also geared towards enjoying a fine cigar rather than the usual headshop trappings, go to Pandoras Box if you want a bong. I also had the chance to meet the owner Daniel, who is not only friendly but more importantly, knowledgeable. Im looking forward to going back once Ive finished my current stock.TLDR; Buy cigars here.

Picked up a few sticks for my dad who is an aficionado. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing almost zilch about cigars, I found Soloman in particular, helpful and willing to guide me to some good cigars that were in my price range. I love this place. The first time I went in I knew next to nothing about cigars. Solomon greeted me promptly and was happy to answer all my questions and guide my selection. Every time I have been back both Solomon and another person (who I presume to be the owner), provide a level of service any one in any public facing industry could take lessons from. They are very knowledgeable about their product and genuinely care about your satisfaction whether you’re looking for a high end cigar or a quality, lower priced smoke.

Daniel the owner is awesome. Very knowledgeable and great to talk to. If you are new to cigars he will get you set up for a good first experience, or if you are a regular he will recommend what he thinks you may like. Aside from his wide selection of cigars he also carries everything you need to enjoy and store cigars. Including humidor supplies, cutters, Ash trays, and lighters. If you are a pipe smoker he also carries pipes, pipe tools and cleaners, and pipe tobacco. Best prices in town usually on par with online if not sometimes a bit cheaper.

This place offers the greatest customer service and premium selection of cigars and pipe tobacco in the tri cities. Everyone Who works there is very knowlagable and a joy to talk to. You can tell they are all passionate about their products and that really comes through with how they treat there customers. Every time I go in they recognize me and remember my name, even when I cant get in for months on end. They always know exactly what ill need and can select the perfect cigars for me, even though i primarily smoke pipes. If you have at all considered giving them a try then dont hesitate any more and give them a try!
