Staff was nice. Short/medium wait on a busy morning. Wasnt super happy with the coffee itself though; it wasnt bad, it was just ok.

Friendly and quick service. Strong coffee drinks. What more could you want? I will be back.

Deliberately avoided the nearby Starbucks to go to this drive thru coffee/tea place. Really good coffee and tea. Much better than the big corporate outfit over the road.

This is my go-to drive thru coffee fix on my morning route to work. The gals know me and my basic usuals and always make me feel welcome!

A little busy at lunch- but that means it’s really good! Had a raspberry shake after a dental appointment and it was very very yum! Would recommend!

My drink was pretty good, but I asked for decaf and was given regular espresso. I can tell because I havent voluntarily had caffeine in over 2 years. Caffeine triggers my epilepsy. Needless to say, I did not have a fun time after having my drink. Giving an extra star because Im in a good mood yall didnt kill me.

Good product just sometimes take a while to get through.

Vanilla and strawberry milkshakes they were good and vanilla one was better than the strawberry but they were both good and it was hot here in Washington almost like Arizona

My cinnamon roll late was delicious! My husbands Gingerbread cookie latte was not so good. Not sure if it wasnt made right or if it was because it was on special. The baristas are always super friendly! I recommend this espresso stand, because out of 5 drinks this was the first one that was off.

This was a golden find on our travels to Kennewick. We love the small mom and pop places and this is a great one!Staff is friendly and fast. There double window set up is super smart. Order at one and pay/pick up at the other.Prices are great and quality is super solid.Coffee was earthy and full flavored (hazelnut latte). Chai was friggin fantastic and they did all three orders with no mess ups (iced, blended, spiced and not, almond milk in two but not the third).We will be back for sure and will be recommending to family and friends in the area.Note: dont forget to pick up a punch card on your next visit.

I find it remarkable that a coffee shop, an industry where baristas depend on tips and the generosity of their customers, would find it appropriate to use Walmarts grocery delivery service (very regularly mind you) and never tip their independently contracted local driver.Perhaps they arent aware drivers are not Walmart employees, get zero benefits and have to pay fuel, maintenance, taxes, health insurance, etc. out of the measly base pay thats offered? As with DoorDash, UberEats and other services, tips are what make a service workers job sustainable.While the coffee may be delicious, I cant support a business that doesnt reciprocate the same generosity that is bestowed upon them. Youd think a coffee shop of all places would understand what makes the service industry go round.

Id choose this place over starbucks any day, the staff are always nice and quick and never had a problem here not one time.....starbucks take lessons!

I love this place and Normally always get really good coffee here. However the last couple coffees I recieved got dumped right down my drain. Including my coffee from this afternoon. I hate complaining & havent brought it up to the Owners is why I am giving it a 5 star when having a complaint. When your someone who dont get a coffee often and its a treat to be getting out and looking forward to a coffee and you recieve a cup full of coffee grounds with no flavor its a bit disappointing.

The place has great coffee but my wife and I found this place weve been drinking coffee here for a week we got up to our free coffee I stopped in to get one ordered the same thing that I have been ordering the same time its $6 its a mocha milkshake 24 oz I give her my free card and she comes back and tells me I owe her $0.75 because theyre Punch cards only go up to 5:25 if youre offering me a free drink for coming and being a person that brings my business to you why am I not even able to get the same drink that Ive been purchasing for free? Bad business practice especially when theres other coffee stands around town that will let me order any size drink anyway I want it extra shots etc etc and they dont blink an eye needless to say we probably wont be back because theres other coffee places that treat their customers better with rewards and have just as good a coffee.

Loved it! Cute shop with quite a variety on their menu. $2 for lemonade (which it should be!) and a tasty muffin. They have daily drink specials and a punch card too. Great customer service and convenient location with 2 sides for drive thru. Will definitely be back!

Hands down my favorite coffee stand in tri cities. I didnt know they had white coffee which made me even more excited & keep coming back!! The girls are always super friendly & you can tell even with having to wear a mask that theyre all smiles & very nice to chat with!! Definitely, ALWAYS stop when im visiting or driving through tri cities

Coffee is fine, muffins are good, service is friendly. But I wish theyd ask before sticking straws in my coffee! Some of us are concerned about the environmental impact of single use plastics. Asking if I want one would be a courtesy.

They remember my wifes order even though I dont drink coffee. I just need to drive up and say yes when they ask if she wants her usual. They also move significantly faster than those tools at dutch brothers.

The ladies are always friendly. Service is quick. I absolutely love their bagel sandwiches. Its a good place to stop and grab some caffeine.

When Dutch Brothers is too inaccessible, and star Bucks has a line longer than life and rockabillies is just as hard to access as the E.R This is a great place to get your coffee from, its tasty too !!

So not happy...after being told to try my drinl b4 driving away...and me asking b4 it was made xxxsweet...its def not xxxsweet then get told we have to charge u next time to add more flavor...after 10$ drink and pre tipping u on debit card....i guess there wont be a next time!!! Ugh really if im paying 10$ for a coffee i want it the way I ordered it not xtra charges thrown in my face

I went through early on a Sunday morning, and was pleased with the coffee and the service in general at the time. However, the barista did not return my debit card after I paid. When I realized I was missing my card, and had no memory of it being returned to me I called as soon as they were open (Monday morning). The girl who answered was very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. This is not a good business practice when running a drive through espresso cart.
