Dennis and his entire crew at Columbia Fitness were amazing to work with! They took my dream Weight Room facility and made it into a realty. I can say we have one of the best facilities in the State of Oregon. I highly recommend Columbia Fitness!

I discovered Columbia Fitness while looking for a punching bag for my home gym. (We ended up purchasing a Viking Rower instead). The staff at Columbia Fitness are very helpful, knowledgeable and informative - they even invited me to come try the spin bikes when I have time so I get the perfect fit for me.We asked them about floor mats and they said they did installations - Well, a couple months later, we ordered flooring for my living room and had them installed. Not only did Dennis contact me every week to let me know the status of my order, but once it arrived, they cleared an entire day to install them with in the week. The install guys were friendly and very professional. There was a question about one item, a call was made to Dennis and it was rectified immediately - at no extra charge. We live over an hour and 30 minutes away, they had to come to my house two separate days for the complete install because of that question. They could have charged me for another trip - but they didnt. Top Notch Customer Service from start to finish. Now, my home gym is official and I will definitely return to Columbia Fitness when I am ready to buy more equipment.

From purchase to repair. Staff did a great job talking about treadmills they carry at the time I was ready to purchase (5 years ago).Further excellent customer service came when I recently called to troubleshoot an error message on my treadmill. Heather took the call and ran with it; contacting company, ordering parts, and keeping me updated. Primary replacement part was on backorder. It arrived several weeks early. Heather called to get the repair taken care of ASAP. Dave (great service and very personable), just left. I could not ask for better service, especially with Covid issues and the holiday season. There were many people swarming around this project and their efforts were legion. While I do appreciate all of their efforts it is specifically Dennis DuBois and Jesse Munk that I would like to address here.I found Jesse to be very personable, knowledgeable and therefore very helpful in the technical aspects of the work performed here at the Baker Ferguson Fitness Center (BFFC). He has helped me on and off over the last couple years with service calls for equipment as well as technical support for our computer-based cardio items. When he was on location at our install he helped me with a personal, google related question that literally changed my world and how I use my cell phone. So, in a good way, I think of Jesse just about every time I upload a photo and use my google-drive!I have known of and used Columbia Fitness in my tenure as an exercise professional way back when I purchased a few items from your company in the late 90’s early 2000’s. As a gym owner I had occasion to frequent your store and purchase a few items. However it has only been this summer that I reconnected both professionally and personally with CF. I think you can attribute most of this stronger reconnection to Dennis DuBois.Dennis was super instrumental in my decision to purchase treadmills. Not just from the technical and professional perspective, but more for me has been the personal and obvious commitment he has to the customer and the industry. I asked about having my treadmill fixed, and wanted to bring it in to have it looked at. I was told not to worry about it, that they would come to my house to get what they need. A couple of guys came for about ten minutes and left. Then, they called to let me know that they had gotten the wrong information and asked me to get them the serial number off of the treadmill. I gave it to them over the phone, and they eventually let me know that they didn’t have the parts to fix it. Afterwards, I got a $95 bill in the mail... I called to ask what the charge was for, since I never had anything fixed. I was told that it was a diagnostic fee. I don’t know why I was never informed of a charge to come out (especially since I specifically asked to take my machine to them), and still charged even when the workers needed me to get them the serial number. I would never expect to pay for a service that I had to do because it was done incorrectly, especially since no replacement parts could be offered.

Great service and a great selection of new and used equipment. You can purchase and take home or they will deliver and set-up your purchase. They also repair equipment.

Staff are friendly 5/5, prices are 2/5 compared to a quick Google search and some of the free shipping options. Some used equipment was even more expensive than buying new online. Valid option if you need it now and staff are very helpful.

While Columbia Fitness has been great over the years working with our gym with equipment sales and service, I have finally ran out of patience with them regarding the 3 commercial Precor treadmills I purchased for our Walla Walla commercial gym. I purchased them all new a couple years ago and they have never worked reliably. I bought these particular treadmills because Columbia Fitness told me how great Precors quality was, and especially Precors warranty, support and standing behind their product. I have unfortunately found that to be completely untrue and have been banging my head against the wall for well over a year with Columbia Fitness and Precor trying to get treadmills that will work reliably and consistently. I would suggest anybody looking for fitness equipment stay away from anything Precor, as their quality, customer support, service and standing behind their product is a complete joke.

This is my favorite place to find good quality gym equipment. They have a HUGE selection for such a great value. My buying experience has been outstanding every time! Definitely check out Columbia Fitness before going anywhere else!

Dennis and his team did an amazing job helping my office select equipment for our Physical Therapy facility, Peak Performance Physical Therapy. We ran into a major issue as our specialty RedCord equipment from Norway couldnt be mounted on the ceiling as our ceilings were too high. I dont know how Dennis did it, but he designed a custom frame which was built by Torque so that we didnt have to use the ceiling to mount our equipment....and the custom frame cost much less than we expected. Its apparent that Dennis is passionate about helping people and very thoughtful at selecting products that fit his customers needs and budget. Thanks Dennis!Harp

A pretty serious collection of athletic equipment. Sales is sketchy. You are pretty much ignored. The main customer is probably commercial.

We were looking for a treadmill but worried about clearances and needed space. Dennis patiently worked with us on those issues. Then he mentioned a barely used machine which could save us quite a bit. When we purchased it Jessie broke the machine down for us, right then, and let me take pictures so I would be comfortable putting it all back together again. We live out of town so Jessies responsiveness saved us a trip. You guys rock!

Columbia Fitness is just a phenomenal fitness outlet, I went into their store and they have everything from AMTs, ellipticals, treadmills, Functional Trainers, cages, free weights, rubber flooring and accessories for days!! Their Customer service was out of this world, extremely knowledgeable, like my very own personal trainer !!!

I came into Columbia Fitness looking for some equipment for a home gym. I wanted a Precor elliptical and.......I met Dennis. He is a great guy and quite knowledgeable on equipment. I bought the elliptical and the FTS Glide (this is an Absolutely incredible machine). I also bought a slick rubber tile floor, that they installed. It did take awhile to get the tile, but Dennis kept me informed all the way thru the wait time. I just had the floor installed yesterday by Dan and DRay (hope I spelled your name right). They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and totally respected my house. I got my equipment delivered today by Tyler and DRay.....again so very nice and respectful of the house when bringing it all inside. Dan and DRay built the Glide and brought in my treadmill from the garage, thanks again guys.I have been an avid gym member for the last 5 years. It was easy to go to gym on way home. Now I am retired and just want to work out whenever I want and at Home. If you are looking for equipment for your home gym, I highly recommend going into Columbia Fitness. They have a variety of equipment and allow you to try it out. They are not a high-pressure outfit.......they listen to your needs and wants and will help you pick what is best for you.
