Awesome service! Jeanie and Elizabeth were excellent in the front office and help me expedite my request as it was sort of an emergency repair. Mario was professional friendly and highly qualified to make the repairs. I am so glad I picked Wayne Dalton to do my garage door repair and my purchase of my new doors from James! A great team! Living in West Richland, to meet our personal schedules, my husband called to request service between noon and 2:00P on a specific date. Friendly, professional service staff arrived @ 12:05, diagnosed the problem and replaced faulty sensors in 20 minutes. Very impressive. Both service staff were excellent; just need to convert one from an NC Basketball fan to a Gonzaga fan.

My husband went in to order a new door. Lady said he cant order it that someone would have to call him. Its been 6 days, no call, no response. I guess they dont want to see us a new garage door. I bet another company will want the business. Thanks Wayne Dalton.

Had appointment scheduled, called and left message about how much the service would costs us, no callback. Called again. Had to reschedule appointment due to needing a part and was put on hold for 17 minutes. While on hold I called a local small business and went with them, switched back over, STILL on hold. Hung up and called back. Call was answered in 3 rings, imagine that. Told them they lost us as customers. You don’t put customers on hold for that long. It’s unacceptable. Gave 2 stars because the installers are actually nice and helpful. Just not office staff.

I got four estimates, with nationServe being the most reasonable for what I wanted. I opted to have a whole new garage door instead of replacing the broken parts. The garage was installed very quickly. Once installed I noticed that the old weather stripping was not replaced. So I had old nasty stripping and a new nice door. I figured that should have been part of a new complete door I called and they said she needed to ask. She called me back the next business day and sent someone out same day to replace it. They get four stars due to great customer service. The people on the phone as well as the installers were very good, personable, and professional.

My wife had made an appointment last week, no one came, no one showed up. So today i was trapped not able to go to work. Waiting for the tech. Didnt get a call or notice. Never again.
