The sandwiches, the freshly baked breads, muffins, and treats 😍 everything is so delicious here. They even have fresh syrups and jams. There is no going once to Great Harvest, you’ve either never been or you go several times because the food is that good. And they have gift cards!

I love this store. The breads, sandwiches, and other bakery items are so mouth watering delicious! Great selection, and customer service is excellent. Great place to have lunch, or light dinner. Or pick up something for dessert, or a loaf of bread. Jams available also. You wont be disappointed.

The bread on the sandwiches was amazing. They offer a variety of sandwiches that are all delicious, and the ripest tomatoes Ive ever seen. They also had cookies that were so good, and they had a lot of oats. They even make them dairy free!! 10/10

Amazing sandwiches on amazing bread! This was my first time at this bakery and everything was so good! We got the chipotle cheesesteak on sour dough and the spicy apple bacon grilled cheese on Dakota bread. They are very generous with the fillings and everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. Really recommend them for good (more healthy) sandwiches!

You have to try the bagels. Its like a pretzel only better. The berry scones are also a blessing

Super rude employees. Apparently asking them to slice a loaf of bread at 2pm in an empty store is asking for a loaf of bread that is crushed in the middle and has half the crust ripped off. I thought the dirty looks I got would have sufficed. Usually a decent place but my last 2 visits have been like this.

The sandwiches that my daughters got were well liked by them. However, I ordered mine with GF bread (thinking that surely a bread company would do well with this) and it not only was extremely dense & fell apart on the first bite, it also had no flavor at all. I tossed the top piece that fell apart and just ate the filling. The bread was also very small, more the size of a half sandwich but the price of a full. Very disappointing.

Recently just went to great harvest. The bread and sandwiches are soo good! Sadly, saw a lady not wearing a mask taking orders. She was also not in the best mood and was rushing us as we were taking our order. Customer service went down:( food is great though!

Was so impressed with the cinnamon bread sample. Ordered one of those and one of the blueberry, cranberry, white chocolate loafs and was very disappointed. They had fresh bread, but gave me all their old stuff. It was completely dried out and old. The customer service was good, but a huge let down. I would compare it to the marked down bread at the super market that is about to be thrown away.

I had no idea they served lunch, and boy do they deliver. Their sandwiches are made with the freshest ingredients in town. And they make their own bread, the food is so good it brings me to tears when it’s all gone.(Portions are also very filing) You guys rock my world, and I modify my sandwiches and they never make one mistake. The employees there are top notch. I come there for breakfast, all my weekly bread cravings, and for lunch. To say that I’m in love with this place is an understatement. This used to be my all time favorite bakery, their bread pudding is to die for. The last time I went in none of the employees were wearing masks, then when they saw me came in they all quickly pulled them up except for the cashier who didn’t have one at all. The cashier proceeded to wipe her nose with her hand before checking me out. This was so disappointing that I haven’t been able to come back.

Lovely gluten free breads, delicious tomato soup. Service can be a big delayed at lunch but overall a lovely experience!

This place is amazing! Homemade bread,treats and much more. I had the regular turkey sandwich on white bread and it was very tasty. Dawn had the Pilgrim and she said it was the best sandwich she has had in a long time. I would recommend this place to everyone..

Great sandwiches and bread. Tomato soup and a fancy grilled cheese on sourdough is so good, willing to pay a premium for it. Some of the specialty breads are very dense and not sure of vegan options.

Really nice environment, it smells so delicious inside the store. The workers were very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. The sourdough bread and fruit cobbler bars are super amazing. The prices are higher, but Id say its definitely worth the money. They offer sandwiches, gift baskets, jams, syrups and even soups. Amazing selection, will definitely be back.

Have never had anything I didnt like from here! Their bread is so soft and flavorful. Dont forget to hit the smoothie shop next door for chocolate covered stawberries and fresh squeezed apple juice!

Great shop, friendly staff and good eats. What more can you ask for in a local shop? The breads I tried and the selection for our sandwiches were all very good. I look forward to returning and trying more of their seemingly large selection and tasty menu.

Such a great place to get fresh baked bread. Their sandwiches are all good and will for sure fill you up. Have only had the chicken sesame salad and the dressing is amazing. Highly recommend you stop by and try this place out.

First time going into Great Harvest Bread Co. First impression is the wonderful smells of out of the oven baked breads. Super yummy smell. After seeing all the delicious baked treats and breads they have this is my new favorite spot to buy our bread from . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this place a try. Give up your store bought sandwich breads.

Kind of pricey, in my opinion, but the sandwiches ARE made on fresh baked bread. My son loved the grilled cheese, and I forget what I had, but it was good! This was my first time eating here, so I didnt know you were supposed to write your order on a piece of paper, and then go to the register to pay. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, though.The food came quickly, despite the fact that the place was full with a weekday lunch crowd. Will probably go back again.

Fast and friendly service!I ordered a sandwich. It came with three see through pieces of salami, and one thin slice of tomato.I asked for a little more substance, or just any sandwich materials of any kind... And they said that was how they were supposed to make them. LolThe bread was of course great... But I feel like I ate two slices of bread, for the price of two loaves. Wont be eating here again.Although, I have given loaves of their bread as gifts and the bread is great.Im bummed. I really liked supporting them, but not if thats how theyre going to support their customers.

I have to eat gluten free, dairy free. The gluten free bread is amazingly good! Also, the nut and fruit bar is excellent. Service is fast and courteous, if a bit impersonal. The sandwiches are expensive!! for the amount of food received. I agree with pacific drift review on this item:the amount of meat and vegies is pretty small. Probably wont be returning due to cost and small quantity.

Our family has been hooked on their food since they opened, their bread is addictive. The atmosphere ìs always clean and friendly.They may seem pricey but remember, you get what you pay for!

Great store! We got a dozen cookies for clients and they were all wrapped up and ready for us to attach business cards to. The cookies were nice and fresh and clients loved the flavors.

Bread was hard! I thought this place is a bakery!?!It was the first time I or my family had tried this place and I tried it because it was highly recommended! And as the service was fast and friendly, the building was clean and presentable, the food was delicious and i felt good eating it vs most any other fast food or take out joint BUT the bread was hard! And it is A BAKERY!?!?! And the prices were a bit ridiculous if you ask me! $22.00 for basically 2 sandwiches on hard bread!

Crazy busy roadside attraction/eatery. That said, the staff was very efficient and we ordered quickly and the food was delivered within minutes. The sandwiches were excellent and the bread some of the best Ive ever had.

I love Great Harvest and I am very happy to see they have a store here in Kennewick. Just moved to the Tri Cities area and was missing my regular W Seattle location. I will definitely be coming in often for my fix of fresh bread!

Patti was awesome...I had problems with a gift card and she made it right...I could of lost my money but she found a way to fix the problem and provided great customer service with a smile! Food is better than fast food, but is still processed and previously frozen in many cases. Decent, but nothing special and still a chain restaurant. Graze on W Gage Blvd 2 blocks North is better food and supports a local business for the same price.

I was thrilled to find they had gluten free bread everyday! It is baked fresh on Wednesday, but they keep an adequate supply in the freezer for the week. It is delicious! They also have gluten free cookies!!

Their Cinnamon Raisin and Cinnamon Burst breads are excellent. Their Cinnamon Rolls are very cood too. The right amount of icing and Cinnamon.

When i go to the Dr. next door I always stop in to have a cup of soup. Seems like every time i do they are always out. Never have soup ready and stocked. Slow to brew.

If you live carbs, this is the place! The smells alome are worth the visit. They always have fresh loaves of bread baked every day. If you get there early enough, the homemade cinnamon rolls are as big as the plate! They typically 3-6 fresh samples of their bread with slabs of fresh creamy butter to sample.For about $12 you can get a sandwich and a soup. Always delicious and very friendly.

Sandwich was wonderful. Service was horrible. Kate took my order and then disappeared in the back for a full 15 minutes. Im waiting to pay and the guy making sandwich is calling her to come out. No response. Im not impressed.

Bread is good, but everything has a monotone taste and is heavy, like overly kneaded. I prefer a lighter yeastier type bread.

Ordered a chicken quinoa grain bowl. Very healthy but rather bland and mostly lettuce. You cant beat the bread, however. Service is good.

I really want this to be a great place, but I have been in there a number of times and no is the answers I get for everything.... Do you have this bread? No. Can I have this kinda of sandwich? No. Its very frustrating...... I have had their bread before and it is very good, but their service is not very friendly.

Amazing bread and a delightful appeal when you walk in. We ate lunch here when we first moved to town and it was amazing. We came back for lunch today super excited and starved!After ordering we were told no hot sandwiches after 3 (it was 3:07...) so my fiance changed his order and we turned around to look at the fresh baked bread.Thats when we heard the one young girl tell the other that the day was going to be great until everyone got sassy...we walked out.No customer should be called sassy after changing their order. Absurd!
