Waited 15 minutes for just a sandwich to go. Got home and the bread was stale. Tomatoes were slimy. Throw it out and just ate the ham. $10.40 down the drain.

I finally got a chance to go back to this place thanks to a certificate I purchased at an auction (I have no excuses for why I didn’t return sooner). The woman that helped me was one of the most sincerely delightful people I have met in a long time. She was extremely helpful, and her customer service was the absolute best. We got the bone in ham with all of the sides. When we got home, we had to try the ham. It was amazing! I don’t think I will buy ham anywhere else again! We will definitely be back!

I always told myself I was going to stop in and see what all the talk was about. I decided to stop in today 4/22/2021 Im glad I did the owner and the young lady that was working with her made me feel welcome and took time to talk to me and answer my question, but the best put was the ham salad sandwich I got it was so delicious, Im looking forward to going back and trying another sandwich. I REALLY recommend to try Honey Baked Ham you will not be disappointed.

My oh my!! Have you ever had really good and friendly customer service? If not, go here!! This was our first time here and decided to give it a try for lunch. We had smoked turkey sandwiches, soup and potato salad. Everything was extremely fresh. The owner Vivian made them up herself. Shes a real neat lady. The Tri-Cities is lucky to have her here!! Cant wait to go back to buy some of their ready to go cakes like Carrot or Coconut!! They have pies and sides to go too!! Yummy!! 🍰

Absolutely love this place. The ham is solo good. I pick one up Thanksgiving, easter and Christmas! For my gatherings! Great sandwiches too.

This is a MUST TRY place. If youve never been to an HBH cafe, its amazing! I was fortunate enough to grow up with Honey Baked Ham when they just sold hams and turkeys. HBH hams are so good, you have to try them... the Turkey is even better! But now with the cafe, its a game changer.The classic ham or the tavern club is my go to and the crossaints are my kryptonite, but they offer other bread options. Their sides are also good, gotta check out the mandarin pineapple dream if you like fruit salad.They offer catering, holiday packages and so much more. Go try it for lunch, I promise you wont regret it!

Ok they use to much sweet sauces on sandwiches good ! Just if you dont like sweet tell them nothing sweet on your sandwich!

I came to pick up food items for Thanksgiving dinner. The place was very clean and well lit, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food itself was of great quality, about what you would expect (but a little bit more) of pre-prepared meals that can be reheated and served. Ive never had green bean casserole that was so fancy!I cant fully comment on prices, as the meal was paid for by a gracious individual who I will allow to remain anonymous. But I will return here to explore the lunch fare, and prices for sandwiches seem on par with businesses offering the same.

HBH makes the best ham. I purchased (3) quarter hams in 2 weeks during the holidays. Our guests just couldnt get enough of it. This store is super clean. The staff is so helpful and courteous. The owner is always so nice, pleasant and friendly. Their lunch is also very good!

The Honey Baked Ham Company is this adorable hole-in-the-wall place that sells delicious hams and even better looking food. I didnt even know there was a place to specially order hams until my mother went and picked one up for Easter. The staff were all smiles and sunshine and it was a pleasure being in their presence. I even got to try some samples of their food and was simply delighted.

My son and I stopped in for the first time today. We had arrived just at closing time, but as the door was unlocked, I did not realize the store was closed. Vivian welcomed us and took our order. She asked if we wanted it to go or to eat in. I replied eat in. She did not indicate that closing time had already passed, and when I realized that it had, I apologized and told her wed take our order to go. Most businesses would not hesitate to tell a customer that they were closed, However, Vivian insisted that we stay and eat our meal at a table. She didnt rush us whatsoever and was friendly the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious, great portions. But the service was amazing. Five stars for Vivians hospitality.

I love the flavor of their hams! I have been buying since the 80s in Seattle, and was pleased when they opened a store here in the Tri-cities! Great for the holidays, but good all year long. They offer several delicious side items, and I love their sandwiches with soup or a salad. Their hams remind me of Easter at my sisters and the sandwiches are as good as my mother in law used to make! Prices are reasonable, several tables, and theres lots of parking. Staff is helpful, a d owner is niceI totally recommend this place.

Just visited for lunch and cant say enough for how delicious and flavorful my sandwich was. Vivian was even able to accommodate KETO by wrapping it in a lettuce wrap. Oh so good!!!

SO GOOOOOOD! I am a big guy and dont like to eat at subway or jimmy johns because they never fill me up without having to spend like 16$. With any one of their classic sandwiches you will be full to the brim, and the owner is awesome and fun!

This place is good! They’re on every other block in SoCal and the food is consistently good. Kinda pricey but for a guaranteed win it’s worth the extra couple bucks... keep you off the toilet at least!!
