Mark fitted me up with my first pair of hearing aids a few years ago, when he worked for a different company. His care and service were excellent, and I was VERY disappointed when he left. I haven’t bought anything from him at his new company yet (obviously, since he’s just starting out), but I will when these expensive hearing aids give up the ghost... I haven’t been happy with them since Mark left, and his replacements messed up his adjustments on them. It’ll be icing on the cake that my new hearing aids that I’ll buy from Mark will cost less than half of my current pair. I’m tempted to just set my current hearing aids aside and buy his new product now, but I’m a little to cheap to do that - just yet.
