We recently purchased a spa from the fabulous folks at Aahsome Spas. We have been exceptionally happy with the customer service we’ve received. They delivered our spa, which is more than a 2 hour drive from the store, and had it up and running very quickly. They took their time to make sure all my questions were answered before they left. I was already have an issue, which was my error, and they were able to help me trouble shoot it over the phone. I highly recommend Aahsome Spas!

First time purchaser of a hot tub and we were so happy with the experience! Monty and the crew at Aahsome Spas really take care of everyone! Delivery was quick and install was a breeze. We will definitely look to buy from them when upgrading because of the family atmosphere and they also will take your old hot tub and give credit toward a new one!

We purchased a refurbished hot tub here and have been very happy with the hot tub and customer service, both during the sale and since the hot tub was delivered. They came out right away to address a concern we had and were 40 miles away. Very friendly and authentic. This is a nice family-run business.

Aahsome Spas, the name describes them perfectly. We looked all over, they were the last ones we called. We wish they would have been the first call. We bought a beautiful swim spa from them. Price was great, the service was even better. They delivered the swim spa and took the time to train us on how to maintain it. When you deal with these people you will see that they have integrity and are very honest. We would recommend this company to our friends and everyone else. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10+.

One star is not even worth it on this business. I suggest going elsewhere with a competitor in the area that provides far superior service, better deal and were actually a lot easier to work with including they knew what they were doing. I wouldnt waste my time.

Friendly & helpful, excellent product with higher price points

The customer service is second to none. We traded in our old hot tub and got a good deal on a new Arctic Spa. We purchased the Tundra model which has really deep seats and powerful jets. Dont waste your money with any other spa!

I had just purchased a new Master Spa Swimspa (unfortunately NOT from Aahsome) & was having some problems. None of the other pool stores in the area would help me but TRACY came out the next day and not only fixed my problem but gave me a lot of very useful information going forward. I will definitely be buying all my supplies from Aahsome!

Just bought a spa 4-12-18. They delivered it and took our old one. They help us get it all set up so we were able to use it the same day. They were very informative about the care we needed to do going forward. Our spa is very easy to take care of with very minimal effort from us. They showed us an app we are able to use from our phones to check our status and we verify the app is accurate every couple weeks with test strips just because it opperates on a WiFi connection. We can also us the app to adjust our temperature, turn the lights on and off, and run the jets. We have had a great experience and I believe will continue to have a great experience with them going forward.

We recently bought an Arctic spa Hot Tub from them.When we decided to buy a hot tub, the choices were many. Every company had a selling point of their own. It got very confusing and tiresome. We looked at a bunch of companies that were selling locally including Dimension spas, Coast, Jacuzzi, Sundance and Hot Springs. Although we didnt have a lot of literature online on arctic spas, the difference was striking when we saw them at the store firsthand. Very solid built. We have had it for a month and enjoy every bit of it. Tracy was awesome at the store and very knowledgable, polite and professional and lives up to his words. Would definitely recommend.

One Friday morning in July our old spa just up and lost its smoke. A LOT of smoke! So Saturday we left Pendleton, Stopped in Hermiston and then on to the Tri-Cities hunting hot tubs (elusive critters they are). We arrived at Aahsome Spa and were greeted by Tracy who proceeded to do his best to help get us back in hot water.Quality not cost was our biggest factor.We use our tub 360 mornings out of the year and 250 evenings. Our hot tub is our US time for my wife and I.Tracy told us they would deliver the Spa on Wednesday and could be at our home by 7:30 AM - they arrived at 7:15! I was already impressed by the service we received at the time of purchase and it appeared that it was still great.They set the new tub, walked me through the operation, hauled off our old tub, made sure I understood the chemicals and the proper usage. Less than a hour & a half to install and down the road they go!Several days later we were experiencing a cloudy water issue. I call and talked with the owner and a couple of hours later he showed up at my business to bring me the right chemicals to solve the problem, He drove 150 miles to personally deliver the product to me!!That folks is CUSTOMER SERVICE!
