Nikki hooked me up with my first hydro setup today.She is a blast to talk to and full of knowledge. Her customer service is top-notch. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone from a newb like myself or the advanced grower. Thank you Nikki you will be seeing me again that avocado tree peeked my interest even more.

This is the best place we have found to get gardening supplies. We do not do hydroponics, at least not yet, but this place also have everything one needs to start seeds indoors, pots of all sizes to grow indoor or out. The best advice and true care about the customer.

Buy her ornamental annuals that she babies from seedlings. By the end of the season you will see the difference between her plants and anything else you put in your garden from anywhere else.

Nikki (the owner) is hands down so awesome. As a amateur I know I could be very annoying with many questions but she doesnt make me feel that way. Everytime I walk in she is ready to help and share excellent knowledge with no hesitation or bad attitude. This place does not have quite the slection and seem to tailor to their own method of growing which shelves reflect. The young guy was knowledgeable in the theory he has and delivered good customer service. He had his opinion, then let you shop without trying to push asale.The anti chemical, pesticide and monsanto rhetoric was to heavy,imo and experiences innacurate to a point but perhaps appropriate for the market. He made an executive decision while I was in the store that will insure I buy from them again. Ive drove by the store twice not being able to see a sign from the West... for this alone, I ended up at Washington Indoor Organics.

Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, people at this store.Theyre more willing to explain their products pros and cons of each type. I highly recommend this place to the professional and hobby growers before any other local store.

Young guy that works there is great, the owner Nikki however is awful. I spent 80 dollars on led bulbs that claim on the box to be compatible with all HO T5 Fluorescent Fixtures. These bulbs ended up frying themselves and a brand new HO T5 fixture, when I came to return them she blamed me and refused to give me my money back claiming that she couldnt get her money back since I fried them. With a 1 year warranty writtin on the box, I am shocked that she would treat a customer so disrespectfully. Washington indoor organics is a much better store customer service wise and they are not far from this one, I reccomend taking your business to them as they carry the same products. Only reason I went here in the first place is because they were out of stock on the bulbs.In response to her response: I did say F*** you half way out the door as she told me that she suggests going back to where I bought the fixture, to have them reimburse me the 80 dollars...for the lights that are specially designed to work in all HO T5 Fluorescent fixtures, which were put into a brand new HO T5 fixture (which I have an identical fixture over a year old running these exact bulbs). Keep in mind she was very rude in her responses. We found out together that the bulbs were fried, I did not try to pass them off as fine. You then told me I was s.o.l so I asked for the bulbs back and proceeded to walk out. You did not offer any other solution. You would definitely get your money back for bulbs that claim to work in certain fixtures and ended up frying themselves and said fixture. Do not let her dispute against my complaint fool you. I forgot to mention that I was in a few days prior to this incident and talked to the young guy that works there. I told him exactly what I told the owner, and he said the bulbs were compatible with all t5 fixtures. He offered me in store credit, but said the owner would give me my money back if i came in to see her. He was nice and helpful, and I shouldve accepted the in store credit.Update: I contacted isunlight supply in Vancouver WA about these lights, they were very easy to deal with and sent me 4 replacements without needing any receipt or the defective bulbs sent back. They also looked up this store because he had not heard of it, and said that it doesnt look like she ever does returns. I asked him if he had heard of Washington Indoor Organics and he immediately said yes we work with them all the time. He suggested going to them for any future needs as they seem to treat their customers great.

Who else but our own state government in all their infinite wisdom / incompetence (bless their pointed little heads)Niki to the rescue! Saved a harvest with completely organic product she directed me to in bloom and got down in nursery with mite death cocktail of organic weekly and nutron bomb monthly, gave em the old one two.If suffering these little monsters see THE most knowledgeable, honest merchant in tri-cities, Niki.

I am a bigginer hobbist. Drove by and saw the store decided I would stop in. I now will not go anywere else.
