Very frustrating, ordered gas last week they took my 240 bucks for a refill and still no gas. I called and the lady said is was scheduled for refill on the 10th?!?!? Seriously it takes 2 weeks for a refill? Ive seen the truck out by my place 2xs since I ordered! Why take my money and then make me wait 2 weeks? Also when I first set up they said it will be 1.99 a gallon and then got charged 2.99 a gallon and was told that was just a 1st time rate..why not disclose that when I 1st called? Not happy will be switching after this refill! Not doing the no disclosure bs! People beware

Man who helped me was very courteous and professional. Told me my 5 gal. Bottle needed to be re-certified . I left the bottle. Will return this afternoon to pick it up. Highly recommended!

Scheduled a refill and when the driver arrived he went to the gate, couldnt open it so he just left. Once we contacted the office to ask what happened they said he doesnt have time to knock on the door and we were suppose to leave our gate open for them even though they dont give a time or even a time frame of when they will arrive. They say they are too busy to knock on the door. First of all they never instructed us of that and they have never asked for that in the past. Second, wouldnt you think taking an extra 30 seconds to knock on the door and then fill the tank would be quicker than leaving, rescheduling and driving back to the house again? Looks like we are going to have to search for a more Customer Friendly gas company thats not TOO busy to knock on the door so their PAYING customer can get the gas they need..

Long hold times, can never reach anyone on the phone in under an hour.called ahead multiple times a week ahead to say I was at 30%they scheduled it but then charged extra for a next day delivery when I was at 5% 2 days later.

Wonderful people to work with! I was in a bind with the sell of my home and they were here within 2 hours and did an inspection for free as well. Great experience from the office to the delivery driver!

Went to Kennewick Ferrellgas to fill a 100# tank. It took 21 gal. Walked in with the associate to pay the 72.00 charge. I gave him my credit card and he went into a back room to process. Then after a long time came out with my receipt and card. It was for 72.00 and I signed it and got a copy and left. A few hours later I checked my credit card transactions to see that these foul people had charged the 72.00 ++++++285.00 extra. 2 transactions. When confronted by phone they will do nothing and act like your the thief that they truly are. They have caller Id and my credit card fraud department cant get an answer when calling . Who operates a business like this? Stay clear of these shady people! And certainly dont be stupid as I was and give them your credit card or bank information. They cant obviously be trusted for even one transaction. Obviously the other good reviews are by company people dont be fooled!

After calling and driving all around the Tri Cities looking for advice and parts for converting my indoor gas range for outdoor use, I was finally directed to Ferrellgas. They were very friendly and helpful, had what I needed to get the job done, and Chase even took a few minutes out of his lunch break to put the fittings on for me.

They are awesome. Keep in mind that they are very busy in the winter, it is better to schedule their services during the summer (when possible).

We have used Ferrellgas for our propane usage for many years now. We have had wonderful service. Both the office staff and drivers who fill the tank are very kind and polite. I would recommend Ferrellgas to anyone in need of this type of service.

Take your service to Amerigas. I prepaid and a driver apparently showed up we where home no driver. They told them they couldn’t open the gate the gate was left open for them. Supposed to have gas by the 30th. No saying they can’t deliver until the 5th waste of time and money.

We are almost out of propane with an infant and we payed for a fill up 5 days ago. We called at 30% of a tank and were told it would be delivered by the 30th which would have been great.Yesterday we called in to check when we would receive our propane as we were pushing just under 15%.. We were told that the previous day someone attempted to open our gate (which by the way our 4 year old can do) and nobody knocked on the door or called when they experienced trouble. No follow up call was given either which tells me they were content keeping our money and not filling us up so long as we didn’t notice.. wow..Then they said they would not be able to fulfill the guaranteed delivery date.We were being pushed out until the 5th. When we told them that would not work, we were told there would be a call back and there was not one.Today we called back again and were sent to a random voicemail box in the middle of “being helped”..We called back again, and at this point Jobie (unsure of spelling) was literally laughing as she transferred us to her manager.The customer service manager tried to make excuses about having new drivers, tried to blame our very user friendly gate, and gave us all the same excuses as to why they would be unable to fulfill their promise. She also said she was unable to refund our money in a way that would take less than 7-10 business days.The customer service manager then said she was the company manager when we asked to speak with him. It says the managers name on the website, so that was a bold faced lie.For a family focused company they sure aren’t taking care of this family.As someone who has spent an accumulative 7 years in customer service I’m appalled. On many levels.So here we are, with barely above 5%.. our house is cold.. and we have a current delivery date of the 5th. It’s the 30th.This place is a (bad) joke. Trust the reviews.

I went looking for bulk propane . I goggled and got amerigas, so I went there to get my propane bottles filled. The person at the counter said that the dock is closed that they could not fill bulk containers .I asked where I could get my bottles felled and she told of two or three places to go. I went all over town to get product, Finley General store and there fill station was broken. I finally went home empty handed. Amerigas never told me of Ferrolgas about a block away that would fill my tanks( THANKS AMERIGASS)

Terrible customer service. They came and took a 120gal tank I owned and left me an old crappy tank. The service guy got them mixed up and now they wont return my $500 tank and keep giving me the run around.

Terrible service. Had a tank for two days and was charged 348. Their explanation was 199 to deliver the tank and 149 for tank maintenance? Tank maintenance…are you kidding me. They never touched the tank again after dropping it off. We didn’t even use any gas out of it. The park we were at kept the tank to use the gas and said they got it put in their name. The manager said she talked to them and we would only have to pay the delivery fee on 199.. which is ridiculous as it is just down the rd. It took them all of 15 min to drop it off and charge us almost 200 bucks and another 148 for NOTHING. Do not use these people unless you want to be ripped off and treated horribly!
