First of all this is the best service I’ve received, and I mean ever. I was greeted by friendly staff (Keith and Cody) and attended right away. I informed them that I needed my tires replaced and they were able to help me find the best tire for my budget and riding style. I honestly thank them for their patience and knowledge because I wouldn’t know which tire to buy. I took the bike in pretty late in the day thinking I’m going to leave it over night but these guys work like magic and were able to finish the bike at an incredible speed. Over all I’m very impressed with the service I received and look forward to working with this amazing gentleman. Thank you rattlesnake Harley for the over all satisfaction!

The wife and I went to Rattlesnake Mountain and was greeted right away by a new team member, Rem (couldnt find his name of the drop down list). He answered all my questions and was very respectful and not pushy. Originally, I had selected a bike on their website, which they were working through their lunch to get prepared for us. When the bike was finished and brought around for me to, I was disappointed to see it wasnt the bike I had selected at the website. Rem and Shawn were very apologetic but I am sure this happened because I had clicked on the wrong bike. As they were trying to find the bike I was interested in I sat on a 2015 Ultra Limited and we were was sold. I talked to Shawn about a quote and he is a world class salesman. He was very informative, took his time to answer my questions, and it was obvious that his first priority was our satisfaction with the purchase. They quickly prepared the bike for me to ride home and since I am a newer rider they gave me quick class in how everything works on the bike. I then rode it home, 120 miles, without incident and I love it. Rattlesnake Mountain Harley felt like a big family that just invited me in. I would not & will not go to another Harley dealership.

Sorry for the bad picture but they cleaned my bike for me before they would let me take it home. Harley Davidson took great care of me, I was stationed overseas for 3 1/2 years and had my bike stored at a dealership in Yuma Arizona. When it came time for me to come home I didn’t have a place to ship my bike so I called rattlesnake mountain, to see if they’d charge me anything. They said they will not charge a service member and told me to ship it to them and they’ll take care of it. Upon arrival my new battery from Arizona was dead and they put it on a charger and then gave me a new one to get me on the road. I went to the Harley dealership in my location and I was never once greeted. I also walked out empty handed. I went to Rattlesnake Mountain and was greeted right away by a new team member, Rick. He took him time showing me bikes and answering all my questions. Originally, I was going to get a roadster but after he found out some of my information/interests through conversation, he recommended a soft-tail. He showed me an awesome 2020 and I was sold. I talked to Shawn about a quote and he is a world class salesman. He was very informative, took his time to answer my questions, and was even flexible with his time! I ended up leaving for an appointment and came back to close the deal. Then I went to see Shauna and she is so warm and inviting! We chatted and connect about so much, including skydiving! She is a genuine soul. Lastly, Steve, who dropped delivered my bike was so helpful and kind! He got it up my awkward driveway and recommended some best practices for me (and the driveway) since I am a newer rider. Rattlesnake Mountain Harley felt like a big family that just invited me in. Yesterday I had the pleasure of buying a 2017 Tri Glide at Rattlesnake Mountain Harley Davidson. I have to say at 70 years old it was the best buying experience of my life. Josh, Bri, and Pierre went way above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely no pressure sales, and I even got a tee shirt, a battery tender, a coffee cup and a really cool gnome without asking! Although I live 300 miles from Kennewick, I would not hesitate to travel there for another purchase. I will be stopping in from time to time as Im riding through just to say hello.

The boyfriend and I went in expecting to end up in a bike he didnt want, and in fact he ended up with a beautiful bike hes madly in love with (and it wasnt even the one he wanted) we made the down payment and picked it up after work! Showed up at the dealership on Saturday morning they had been very busy with a Harley owners group breakfast I was kind of lost in the crowd to start with and not convinced that after 20 years I really wanted another motorcycle I walked away from five different dealerships over the last 20 years the sales manager came out and met me the bike wasnt exactly the color I wanted but I thought well I can settle for this because if I dont buy it today I wont buy it I think he understood that if I didnt write out of there today I wasnt going to ride out of there at all hey quickly grabs the apparel manager because after 20 years our riding gear didnt fit us anymore Got us completely outfitted then we went to do a walk around on the bike signed papers handed him a check and out the door we went the staff was incredible my last bike was a 1978 shovel that I rebuilt this new Street glide is the most technologically advanced motorcycle I have ever ridden all of the features on it are very well thought out and very well placed the 114 cubic inch motor pulls from the bottom end all the way up no shifting gears every 1200 RPMs the bike is incredibly comfortable at highway speeds and a beautiful style thanks rattlesnake can hardly wait to bring it in for its first service

I went in to get some new pegs for my Sportster. Eric made a great suggestion based on information I gave him about what I was wanting. I also want to mention Brian and he also assisted me with mirrors and helping me decide between the pegs or mirrors to buy now. I will be back soon to get the mirrors. Not much selection for Women’s clothes as far as HD goes, lots of off brand items trying to look like HD, limited products in store for boots and men’s clothing as well. Lots of bikes and friendly staff.

Purchased a 2019 Street Glide Ultra. What an amazing staff. I have never owned or riden a Harley before. The staff took the time to talk to me about the differences between the motorcycles, and discussed the type of riding and usage that I wanted to get out of the motorcycle. They then set up test rides with several different types so I could see which one I liked best. The staff then introduced me to the service department staff and discussed the process of who to speak with and setting up service appointments. I cannot say enough, how friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient the entire staff is. I will recommend them to everyone I meet, and look forward to a long relationship. Cheers!

I cant speak to the purchase experience or other aspects of their main business, but I can definitely speak to the fact that these folks are some truly good people. My wife, 18-month old daughter, and I were stuck on the side of the road with an overheating car in the middle of some terrible traffic last night. We were hungry and tired and not sure what to do. Out of the blue, I hear someone calling, and it turns out it was a Rattlesnake Mountain truck, and I saw a full bottle of coolant being handed out of the window. These guys didnt need to stop and help us, especially since we were all in a pretty bad traffic situation, but they did. True gentlemen who absolutely saved our night. Thank you so much! We broke down on the way from Tacoma to Yellowstone. Called Keith, he said that if we could get our Ultra Classic in in a timely fashion that the shop may be able to get the front wheel bearings replaced. This was at 12:30 pm on a Sat.so we had to find a tow from Hermiston Or. Got to the shop around 3 pm and by 5 pm he called and said it was done. Thank you Kieth, the shop tech who did the repairs and to Rattlesnake Harley!!

Ive been dealing with the RMHD team for a fairly short time, but over that period they have went above and beyond to get me on to a bike that was in my price range. After a new rear tire installation it had ended up that Art had quoted me the price of the front tire which would have been less $. He immediately apologized for the mistake (which I felt very sure it was unintentional) and he offered a no charge oil change on my next service. You just cant beat a deal like that! Thanks Art! I live on the East Coast tried to buy the bike I wanted at my local Harley shop but they tried to put me into a bike I didn’t want and said I wouldn’t find that bike for that price !!! So I said challenge excepted. Looked on CycleTrader found the bike a wanted it was at Rattlesnake Harley. Bre,Josh and Shawn made it so easy I have no problem buying another bike from them !!!!

July 12th I was heading to Burns, OR. My 2014 Ultra Limited broke down just south of the OR border at 5:15. I was able to get a tow just before 6 pm that got me to Rattlesnake HD just before 6:30. The service shop stayed open, including the Service Manager and a mechanic, repaired my ride in the parking lot, and had me back on the road by 7:15. Amazing Dedicated Service!

This may be a long one. Two years ago I went in to look at/buy a new 2018 road glide. I was not very happy with the sales process. I asked to test ride and was told it I would need to come back in a week. Being as they did not have the exact bike I was looking for I decided to look around the region I found what I was looking for in Spokane. Fast forward to last year my bike needed a recall so I called and scheduled it with Rattlesnake HD. I was a little worried that not buying the bike from them I may run into customer service issues... it was actually quite the opposite. They were excellent. Great communication and everything was completed and done quick. This last week I needed my first set of new tires. I decided to go back to Rattlesnake I purchased a set of the new Michelin Commander 3s. They were in stock and they were able to install them the next day. Once installed I picked up the bike and noticed a vibration. It felt like it was out of balance. Art got me right back in to correct the issue. Art and Kelly (tech name?) bent over backwards trying to figure out the issue. Turns out in the end it was actually a bad front tire. Very frustrating for everyone. I will say Art and Kelly were awesome. They were able to turn a frustrating situation into a good experience. I really appreciate all they did to get my bike fixed up. I will admit I had a poor opinion of Rattlesnake because of my sales experience, but because of Art and Kelly when I’m ready for a new bike I will be back to Rattlesnake! Thanks again.

So Rattlesnake Mountain Harley Davidson has been turning their service department around. My wife and I have had a couple problems with both of our bikes. So I spoke to the New Service Manager, Mr Robert Young, and he is an awesome man. He charged me for a four hour job the price of a one hour job. I think this speaks volumes to the company and its customers. Many thanks. Because of those savings, I can add more parts to both my bike and my wifes bike.
