Did and excellent job on my mazda. Sounds good and that extra HP is nice to. Made my ride that much more fun to drive than it already was

I called RAD exhaust because I was swapping out my Cadillac converter and the two nuts on the exhaust I did not want to strip them or break. I asked them to loosen them for me and I would pay the shop fee. Rad exhaust had me come on in and said they would be happy to help. When I got there I was informed they were short on help but would get to me shortly. I filled out the paperwork, they loosed the nuts in question and informed me I was ready to go. The gentleman behind the counter shook my hand and said, have a good day. Im not charging you for 5 minutes worth of work. I said, thank you and Ill be back with all my needs. Theres nothing better then hard workers and Auto shops thats still care about their customers. Im a customer for life.

They were fantastic. My car had serious rust issues and they told me what needed to be done. It was a reasonable amount but more than I wanted to spend. They were able to work with me to create a Band-Aid solution which was significantly less expensive but not a long-term solution. It works perfectly for me because my car is about at the end of its life and was a very reasonable cost.

Fair prices, nice employees, honest and professional owners. I dont go anywhere else!

They did a great job on my muffler, they gave me two different quotes showing me the pro’s and con’s of both. It helped me save a few hundred dollars👍🏽

Made an appointment told them I had to have it done within 2 to 3 hours they said it could be done. After that time I came back not done Dont waste your time with them

I came in and they said theyd start right away. 3 hours later Im still waiting for them to start while their workers sit in the back room just goofing off so i just left.. last time they did the same thing. Only once did they actually get my welds i needed, but even those were trash..Never coming here again. Find a better shop this one shop. Not worth your time

I will start out with they are nice and friendly people. But I had an appointment for 1:00 and they called back and said they couldn’t do it that same day so I had them schedule and appointment for 9am the next day so I waited all day until 5pm when they finally finished it took them way too long to do what they did. The welds were ok but could have been way better for the price I paid. They charge way to much money for how it turned out.

Asked to do my exhaust cut two resistors out and weld a muffler on the end I have the muffler and the Y pipe. So 4 1ft pieces of pipe is 380 bucks. they are ripping people off I weld and fabricate. its 20 minutes of welding. MAX. Dont. Go there go anywhere but here

Did great work on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Did exactly what I askes and made her sound deep and mean. And 84 bucks for everything? Cant beat that😎 These guys are great🤙🏻👍🏻

Good work and friendly staff, BUT exhaust guy didnt take responsibility for a front lower valance almost coming off my front bumper TWICE due to the lift. I would explain that I didnt come in with it hanging out like that. Could have easily been a whole bumper. Seemed like he can have his bad days. Caught him on a better day first time.

In 2016 I had my exhaust done on a 1985 ford bronco. They did a poor job, the welds were horrible, and tried filling half inch gaps on a bend. They tried fixing it but it wasnt much better. Wasnt impressed. I know it was some time ago and this reveiw is late, so hopefully things have changed.

I needed a donut gasket to fix a leak I likely caused and couldnt seem to resolve. This team didnt hesitate to help me, even though they were already fully loaded up on the racks. Where most shops would have told me to come back another time, I was accommodated on the spot, new gasket replaced and and charged fairly in labor.Thanks for being willing to lay out on the hot pavement in the 95+ degree direct sunshine just to fix a small issue. I greatly appreciate how I was treated here. In the case where there is an exhaust issue I cant resolve myself I will bring my business here again.

Im finally getting to writing this review (its been close to a year since our service), however I will always remember the name of this shop! Our exhaust had cracked and we were nearly 3hrs from home with 2 little kids. This shop got us right in (even though they were busy and Im pretty sure our technician worked through his lunch). They were super family friendly-we spent 3hrs in the shop-and they had toys and coloring books and a little playplace outside too. The diagnostic was honest and the estimate was affordable-we were so grateful to have happened upon RAD. Thank you so much!!

I went in from off the street, they took me in right away and they fixed my problem quickly. and it only cost you $46 and my car is 100% quieter . they were pretty nice to me, and Im very happy with their service work...Ill go back again and again, also another thing to remember here in the Tri-Cities there is not too many muffler shops, so with over 300,000 people here please be patient with them, its going to be hard to find a more professional place

Was able to troubleshoot and repair an issue that 3 other local shops had overlooked. I wasted way too much money before finding them! I can not reccomend or praise them enough!

Bad customer service desagree

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I’ve done business at this shop before and Helen is a super sweet lady. However, today I went in to get an exhaust installed on my car. The shops opens at 9am. I was there right at 9 am and had to wait 15 min just for someone to come to the counter. Normally this isn’t a big deal at all. BUT, while I was waiting I could see them in the back without a care in the world someone was at the counter. When someone finally came to the counter (Helen) she told me Alex would be right on it. So I sat and waited 10 min, 20 min, 30, 45, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE SHOP AND NO ONE HAD TOUCHED MY CAR AND ALEX WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. After about 45 min a delivery guy for them (I’m assuming anyway) comes in and Helen pulls him aside. Trying to whisper I hear her ask him to drive to Alex’s house and see where he is because she can’t get ahold of him. So I have now been waiting over an hour, and Alex finally pulls into the shop. He comes in, apologizes to Helen grabs my keys and doesn’t even look at me. Takes one step outside, looks at my car (it’s lowered) and just shakes his head in disgust as if it was a chore to put an exhaust on AFTER being over an hour late. At this point I had enough, asked him to get out of my car and I’ll take it somewhere else. I hope if you’re reading this, it saves you the trip to this shop, and you don’t have to deal with the customer service that I was treated with. They need some serious work.

Had a new catalytic converter welded in. Had to take it back once because of a pin hole leak on the hardest to reach place but staff spent the time and effort to make it right with no additional charge.-Friendly staff.-Good service.-Would recommend

When the muffler they recommended didnt fit (honest mistake) they made me wait for the job 3 hours, prioritizing others who came in after me. Then they demonstrate my muffler to me and nearly drive it off the raised lift in front of me on accident. I could forgive all of this but the welds look terrible on my new muffler, like its the first time someone used a welder. Either the mechanic was trying to rush, takes no pride in his work, or is simply inexperienced. I may go back in to see if theyll improve the welds and if they do Ill change my review. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but it was not a good experience.EDIT: I did not go back because I did not trust them to get the job done right. An experienced welder told me the muffler they gave me costs $50 new online. They charged me $200. I ended up getting a much better bolt-on setup and installing it myself for $120.

Fast, efficient and affordable:)

They did a great job for me in reasonable time. Had to bring the car which had muffler and exhaust system installed improperly at another shop and RAD Exhaust fixed the problems from the other shop. Go to RAD Exhaust and have it done right the first time.

Wow just wow, I brought my Mustang in for a suspension upgrade. Helen and Eddie were amazing. Very honest and nice people. When Eddie would run into something questionable and making sure if it was ok and also letted me knew one of my fin diffuser were loose and was even kind of enough to fix them. I was happy he explained of how the parts would work with the car. Thank you so much again. Will definitely come back for more service.

Very Impressed!!!! Very Competitive pricing! Great workmanship, Alex who completed our install, had excellent attention to detail. His welding skills were top knotch!!! He installed a new Magna Flow Muffler and 5inch tips. He custom bent 3inch tubing to fit our specific angle/location requests to maximize clearance under our truck. We are very happy with the results and would Highly recommend Rad Exhaust and Alex for the install 👍👍👍😁.... We will be repeat customers!

I went too RAD wanting to make my car louder but without the rasp and I wasnt quite sure what to get, they had a very great staff, very friendly, helping, got me in there let me try different mufflers too see which I liked the best that was a huge plus for me, were other places i had gone it felt like I was asking them a favor to do business with them not at RAD i would recommend this location to anyone I was very happy with the work and the service.
