Sorry Place To Do Business,gave me a faulty machine. I think it was used. Took it back and it took extremely long time to get new one. Said he would mail it to me. He did not. When I first got the machine the mask the Doctor, he advised they were eliminating that mask. I wrote the company and found out that was a complete lie. Does Not deliver any of the supplies as needed at all. I called today and advised them that I was not doing business with them because of the lousiest service of any business I have ever done business with. Check else where is my opinion.

I went in for a boot. I was told my insurance was out of network. I told the man there I had a health savings plan so it was fine to go ahead and get one. He said they cant run the card. He would sell me the boot at cost but I needed cash. I told him i didnt have cash and that it was a card to be used for such items. He said he cant run a card and a check would be ok. I said no thanks and walked out. I thought this to be very strange behavior for a business.

Originally had a miscommunication. I was tired from a broken cpap machine and wasnt very happy (and wasnt the best customer to deal with). The owner contacted me directly, solved the problem and went way above and beyond. Im thoroughly impressed after bad experiences with local businesses in the past. Theyve earned my business for as long as their doors are open. Thanks guys!

When my CPAP broke they were super helpful about getting me a loaner until I could get in to see my doctor for a new prescription. So when I needed to get a new one, I went to them. If you want a ResMed type machine, they can totally help you out. If you want a Respironic brand, which I did as that is what works with my VERY expensive backup battery that I use for camping and power outages, you could be waiting a very long time. I ordered it on Oct 1 and they said I would have it by the 12th. I didnt get it. I was then told (on the 11th) that it would be in on the 17th. I checked back on the 22st (as I had been out of town) and was told it would be on the 24th. I have called 3 times since then and the receptionist doesnt know anything and the technician still hasnt called me back. It is now the 30th, 4 weeks after ordering what I wanted, and I am still waiting on my new machine. My doctor wanted me to come back after 30 days to report on how its working. I hate to have to tell him I havent gotten the machine yet.

My supplies are never sent on time,i have to go out of work to their store to ask for them! when i ask for supplies i get some of them or told theyre sent out in the mail..ha really!
