I have been picking up all my medications there for 4 years. Never had any problems, even when my medication was unavailable they phoned another pharmacy so I could get it. Very professional, diverse staff.

The Pharmacy needs to get their act together. A bunch of misfits work there.

The associate Liz was rude and unprofessional. She probably would need to get well trained in customer service. We’re waiting for hours for our medicine. She didn’t even care to say apologize for the wait or neither say hello when we walked in. No manners. Terrible service!

This is the slowest pharmacy Ive ever experienced. They look like theyre always in slow motion, theres no sense of urgency what so ever. The only good experience Ive ever had was with Jane, shes the only one Ive ever seen have any sort of energy or positive attitude. I wish she was here all of the time.

The woman who took care of me was honestly the rudest employee I have yet to encounter. My script was put in wrong, so I sat down, she yells from behind pharmacy, is your Dr planning to call for your Rx, but she yelled my scripts off. No privacy. While I was there a man was given a different script he was very mad where he said he would stab everyone around the place and didnt care who heard. Manager came to him and only said sir, you cant talk that way. Uncomfortable and felt disrespected. Switched pharmacies immediately afterwards.

Everyone that works here must really hate their lives because they are the RUDEST people ever. The two times I came I waited over an hour for a simple refill, kept telling me my insurance was inactive, finally called insurance company myself and had them talk to pharmacist one on one because I was so tired of waiting, especially with little ones. Literally everyone is beyond rude, never been so upset leaving somewhere multiple times. Hate this pharmacy. Your staff really needs some training, your there to help people, remember that, or get a new job! Wont refill here ever again.

Great services. Always fast and accurate. If its a wait, it doesnt take long. Friendly staff.
