Great company, and the service provided was smooth from start to finish.The gentleman who came out for the initial estimate (we were replacing a two-car garage door and opener) easily helped me sort through all available options, and very politely provided his opinion when asked.I received a call once all the parts came in, and scheduled an install date.The installation was under three hours, and was completed without any trouble or even much noise. The technician was very friendly and helpful explaining the new opener.The end result was great! Looks good and feels like quality work and parts, I honestly couldn’t have imagined the experience any better!

I had two torsion springs replaced and also a garage door opener...Dave and his helper were here right on time with a call ahead that they were on their way. They worked extremely fast, and, did an outstanding job...explained everything when I asked any questions, and, couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Let me start off by saying i would have given them 5 stars the installers were great they called when they were on the way. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because we set up the date for installation of a new garage door opener for a morning appointment. So i cleared the driveway of vehicles and emptied the garage so there was plenty of room. They were supposed to call when they were on their way sometime between 8am and 10am. I never got a call and nobody showed up. I waited till 1pm and then went about my day. I took time off from work just to get a no call no show. I could have called them but thats not my job. Its their responsibility. I would have been happy if they would have even called to say they were not going to make it but a no call no show. About 4 days later they finally called to apologize so we did give them another shot. Anyways thats the reason for not getting 5 stars. They would have gotten 0 stars but the instant guys were great and I do realize stuff happens but to leave a customer hanging like that without a call shouldnt happen.

We had a torsion spring break on one of our garage doors a month after buying our house. Thankfully, it was a non-emergency situation. However, I was pleased to be able to contact someone at A & R despite it being at night on a weekend. The maintenance men who did the repairs were young but extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They wrapped it up quickly and for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond in checking my other door and offering advice for the future. I will definitely use A & R for any future door issues I may have.

Luckily Ive only had to call a door company twice in my lifetime, and both times A&R doors pulled it off perfectly. Last time was a simple service call where the technician adjusted the door and spring, lubricated everything perfectly - and this time it was a complete install at a different house, they really went above and beyond.They were great in coming while I was a work to diagnose the issue and give multiple options in repairing or replacing with no pressure at all - to the selection of the door with sales who, again, no pressure and lead us to a cost effective and great looking door. Install was a breeze, their installers were great, professional and even adjusted 2nd door on the back of the garage just out of good service. Id recommend them to anybody. My dad will be getting two doors in the near future, and Ill make sure he goes to A&R!

They tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone for free prior, which was nice.Dave the repair tech called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way.Showed up very nice,professional and honest.I asked if it would be cheaper or more beneficial to do a new garage door opener and after he addressed the issues, he gave me his honest opinion.He fixed the door and found some issues and said the door opener still had 5 years of use left.Super nice guy and awesome customer service.Company is old fashioned and you can tell they are all about customer service and being honest.The labor he did has a 1 year warranty also.5 out of 5!Thanks!

I am very satisfied with their customer service. I had my garage door repaired in December 2016, and everything went swell. It cost me about $375 to get a new garage opener, have it installed and rewired, and for them to align and oil the door. The techs were very friendly and professional and they worked quickly.My garage door started acting funny yesterday night and I called A&R and got sent to the call center. The call center took my info and a message (It was after office hours btw). I got a call almost immediately after I hung up with the call center from the owner. He asked me a few questions and even offered to come out to my house to fix the door if needed. Fortunately, after speaking to him for a bit we were able to figure out that my eye had gotten misaligned. He explained to me how I can realign it myself and gave his direct number incase the problem wasnthe fixed after I realigned the eye. I was astounded by customer service and the prompt response to my call.I definitely recommend this company to everyone. Theyre reasonably priced and have wonderful customer service.

Called, got an appointment for tomorrow morning, they were able to give me a price over the phone (No other place could), and it was a very reasonable price. Cheapest I found, actually.They did not show up on time, I called, the boss called me back and said they were pulling someone else off the job to get to me ASAP, they showed up 20 minutes later, finished the job in about half an hour, and even oiled the other door. Recommended.
