The people that work their are great. The lady that help my wife and I last Saturday is very knowledgeable. When I picked up the desk Monday it was ready and the young man helped me load it up and secure it in truck.We are very happy with our office desk.

Elijah hooked me up with a great chair! I first called and requested for him to text me a pic or 2 of some drafting-height chairs. He sent several with photos with details and options. I didnt want to to have to drive all the way up to Kenosha from Illinois, so seeing these samples and chatting with him made me realize I wanted to spend my $ there. Plus, when we arrived at OFW, the showroom was amazing. Bright, clean, organized. A pleasure to browse! I will be going back for more office supplies in the future.

Great deal on a used high-end office chair that could probably pass as near new. Used in this case means exactly that, a used chair with original parts and serial number still present, not a refurb franken-chair with no serial and questionable replacement parts (this is a very good thing, as the good manufacturers will still honor the remainder of their warranties for used items with serial numbers).Staff was very friendly and helpful, and chair was cleaned/disinfected thoroughly before checking out, while I watched. Could not be happier with the price or experience.

My experience with OFW was first rate. From the sale to the installation, they performed above par. The quality of the desk that was ordered was better than anticipated. Their pricing was lower than other estimates that we received.

Apparently you need an appointment to enter. Everything says they are open at 0800, and the doors were locked when I arrived after 0900. No signage stating that they were operating on different hours due to covid.

Absolutely wonderful service. I spent months trying to find a chair with a seat width of 19 or less to fit an ancient desk that I own. When I called OFW, they offered to measure seat widths before I even went in. When I arrived, they didnt quite have what I needed---but then they took the time to FIND a chair with that seat width. They ordered it on the spot and had it shipped to my house. I got the chair today, put it together, and it is WONDERFUL. Thank you for your hard work! If they dont have what you need right at the warehouse, they will FIND something perfect for you!

We typically order all of our chairs online so it was nice try everything and I learned a lot about the features and settings of the chairs as well. Im really happy that I was able to find a quality used chair.

Saw 4 chairs I really liked in their showroom. By time we made a decision to get them, they were gone :0 We were able to get them from another location in the US and while they were delayed in shipment, they were in constant communication and delivered them right to my home business when they came in. Pat and his team came in, measured and gave us a number of options including refurbished units. The refurbished looked great and were a phenomenal value. Literally, a fourth of what we paid for new units just a few years earlier.They delivered the cubicle walls, desks and chairs then a small army of installers showed up and assembled and installed everything impossibly quickly. Even better chairs and a number of stand/sit workstations.Recently we needed a single desk with custom dimensions for a one-of-a-kind workspace. OFW came through like always with the perfect modular desk. No big deal, done and done affordably giving us more value than seems possible for the dollars.If you are looking to build out an office space you have to check out the Office Furniture Warehouse. They have a lot of inventory and give new and refurbished choices. Not exactly sure how they do it or if others in office furniture just price gauge but they have a lot of brand new very nice looking office furniture and chairs priced at far less than everyone else we looked at. Walking the showroom i felt like buying things I didn’t need just because they seemed like such good deals. BIG conference tables that look beautiful for three hundred, how do they do it?Saving 200 on office chairs delivered or 500 on installed cubicles adds up fast. Their prices are not beatable, their people are fantastic and from sales through installation they made everything easy.
