Ive worked at Colbert Packaging from mid to late 90s. I have fond memories of the employees. I still have dreams like Ive returned to work in the office. Mr Colbert was a wonderful older gentleman Ill never forget! Nancy, his daughter was always fair and warm. Ive learned alot and miss the family atmosphere. One of the best places Ive ever worked! I see Nancy, Kraig and Brad has moved up in titles and it brings happy tears to my eyes! Im so proud of them! Good job guys, keep it up!

One of the bosses there plays favoritism. They dont train you properly because some of the people barley speak english and its very hard to understand them. I trained a few days and left because I saw how Jose treated white people he does nothing but favor Hispanic people... my friend actually worked here for a little bit and she actually said the same thing that if you get overtime they scratch the white people off the list and keep the Hispanic people on the list. He is always on his phone. He swears a lot and hes very mean sometimes. It seems like they just want Hispanics in their squad and if theres white people there they try to do whatever they can to get them out. Made me feel completely on comfortable Im glad I dont work there anymore.
