We have bought 4 vehicles from them so far, each and every one of them has been in very good shape, the price was very good and they have accomodated us on racking and ladder racks to a reasonable degree. Will not even look at anyone else when we buy a vehicle, we just go to their website and keep coming back until we see something there that matches up to what we are looking for.

This place us a blight on the city of Kent. Owners are concerned only about what they can get out of everyone else and the hell with what it may cost anyone else. Very greedy. Bad service after the sell. Even the neighboring business that dont compete with them wish they we gone.

I had a completely different experience than the other review. From the first phone call my experience was awesome. The photos and description of the van were right on and being over 300 miles away that was important.The price was very competitive and right in line with the quality of the van. I flew into Seattle and drove the van home.....it looks and drives like new. I highly recommend Pacific and am very please with the over all experience.

Flew over and looked at a few vans.. all of the vehicles on the lot were very clean, not abused by prior owners. Most are already set up with racks/storage. The staff was very straight forward and friendly through the entire sales process. They do maintenance on the vehicles they sell, including replacing tires, brakes etc if it needs it. If you are looking for a work vehicle, this is a great place to check out. I would recommend them to anyone in the pacific northwest! Thanks.

Bought a truck from Pacific Fleet Sales in September 2017. Used it to move locations less than 20 miles apart and had to replace EGR. 2nd trip with truck and 1st actual job and it broke down on side of road! Worst truck ever and wash their hands of any truck sold policy is just silly. I’ll post a review on every place I can and will be reporting my experience to BBB.

Horrible customer service. Whoever I spoke to had such an nonchalant attitude and was not even engaging. Way overpriced!! Border line fraudulent. The vehicles I looked at were at least $3000 above book (KBB). They even have a vehicle for sale at $6950 that books for only $2000!!! Stay away people!!
