Love this little bubble teahouse

This is our favorite place. The staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, creative and willing to go extra lengths. When I was in the area, I realized I forgot my wallet...and since its our favorite place, I figured I would try to work a miracle. Luckily, they worked with me and were patient while I navigated ways to issue payment through my phone. They had my loyalty before this ...but this was just exemplary and meant the world to me. Excellent drinks and food. You cant go wrong with all the choices they offer, their seasonal specialty, but Taro tea is a beautiful lavender tea that tastes like heaven, and will forever be our favorite. Definitely if youre in the area, stop by and treat yourself!

We drove for a half hour to buy the sea salt cream milk tea, however, the cream is unsalted and tastes like plastics without any flavor. It’s horrible. The staff forgot to add salt and lost patience.Also the matcha milk bubble tea tastes like undissolved powder. 10 times worse than Starbucks. Not recommend the drinks here.

I love this place! I drive 45minute to come here. I really hope they open near me in Sebring. They are very pleasent and nice people full of information about all their products the teas are amazing and if you have not tired them yet you need to its worth the drive!

When you first walk in the place looks very welcoming. Sadly because of COVID they don’t have their usual cute sitting area open but that’s understandable. I ordered the papaya tea with boba,my friends got the watermelon tea and the green tea. They were all delicious and full of boba and jelly! I’m so excited to come back when they open their cute sitting area!

The boba tasted weird and when I had ordered it, it had a hole on the bottom. This place is Horrible.

This place is incredible. If you enjoy having a wonderful experience at a quiet, quirky spot, go here next. The bubble tea is the bomb. (BANANA and Lavender!) There are dozens of board games to grab and play, wifi, and laptops encouraged. What a sweet spot.Oh, and its dairy free too!!!! 😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻

This place is amazing! Love the tea and I love everything about it. I only have one thing to say, there hours are definitely not correct. I went there super excited to get tea one day and it was supposed to be open but lights were off and locked doors. Very disappointed we waited for a little bit but nothing.That’s the only thing about the place I have a complaint on. Everything about this place is spectacular though.

Its okay. They have a ton of flavors, but when I was there, the bubble tea had no flavor and the boba is pretty hard. I was told that it was an off day, but it was disappointing for me.

Every time I go into Kent I have to stop here. The staff is friendly and I like to get 2 drinks. Something new to try and an old favorite for later.

This place is awesome! My son and I have made it our weekly trip and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The tea is delicious and I feel a real sense of calm every time we walk in.

The tea was delicious! I had the sparkling galaxy tea with popping bobas, highly recommended. The staff there seemed a little unhappy and annoyed to help us but overall it was a good experience.

I went today at 11:53am to pick up an order I placed with DoorDash. They said online they open at 11am. When I got there, they were still closed. I don’t know if they have no updated their hours, but they really should. I was very disappointed as I’ve heard great things about this place in the past.

The drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly! Well definitely be back frequently.

I feel bad I didnt have cash for the gal who helped us. She did great job with ordering 6 different drinks though. They were all delicious, boba and pearls. Its an unassuming place, but friendly service and VERY good teas.

The regular bubble tea slush is great! They have a lot of great options and the menu is actually very easy to read which is ideal. Its a small place so it can get cramped but I ordered to go. 😁

I am boba tea lover and i been over hundreds boba tea store in US.. this one definitely need some improvement.. the tea is abit soft and the cup is abit cheap.. since it is in small city so i wont expect much.. but if you been to so many Boba tea place than this one definitely some improvement.

The aroma is amazing when you walk in! Great boba tea. Bubble waffles are a nice snack to share with friends. :)

Best boba Ive had!

I love the tea, they are wonderful drinks and have never been disappointed by service. However, the schedule of when they are open is completely false as I have gone over an hour after ha tea has supposedly opened only to find locked doors. If you are going to open at noon, do your job and open at noon.

All kinds of bubble tea with different flavors. If you dont like the tapioca pearl you can choose the flavor pearl or grass jelly. Nice cozy place. Game board or laptop to work while enjoying the tea.

This is some of the best Boba that I have ever had. They are always so quick and so nice too! Definitely highly recommend this small Boba shop in Kent!

The lovely people, extensive menu, and charming atmosphere make HA!TEA a wonderful place to study or relax. Not sure whats good? The staff will let you know if what you ordered might not be to your taste. The best part is the affordable pricing, but the free WiFi is pretty awesome too.

So Ill say adherence to the operating hours can be spotty at times. Seems like its a single person, maybe two that work here so I have to cut them some slack. That said, This is absolutely my favorite boba spot around. Cant wait to see it be safe to hang out inside and play board games again.

This is one of the really good Bubble Tea places around the Kent State University campus. Theyve got sooo many options for you to choose from, so many flavors and even grass jelly (black jelly)! Definitely give it a try.

Its small and homey feeling with a lot of love in the odd little details. I love this little restaurant and in the year that Ive lived in Ohio its my favorite comfort place! Also the drinks and boba are soooo good, worth a 20 minute drive!

Im not from the area but if I were this would be my go to place for a drink or relaxing environment. I love it here. Friendly staff, cozy music and environment and amazing drink!! I had the almond bubble tea with vanilla and boba. It was among the best Ive ever had, and Ive been to at least 10 different boba tea places. I got one drink, stayed to relax and read, finished my drink and got one to go. I give this a 10/10. So good.

Went about an hour after the doors said they should be open and the doors were closed... I have friends that say they have shared the same experience. I see many reviews saying the same thing yet no one has been given an answer for this yet. Very annoying.

The best teas you can get around here as there are so many options and the teas themselves taste great. Also the owner(s) seem to take awesome care of their place as it is decorated well and is always kept clean

The place is very small but welcoming! The drinks are a bit pricey but good. There are games (like board game stuff) to play while waiting for your drinks and there are also a lot of drink choices. It’s a nice place to go and try or just to go and try another drink if you have already tried their wide selection of drinks! 👍🏻

Recently switched to HA!TEA from another Bubble Tea store in town due to poor customer service at the other place.One of our better ideas this year! The staff already remembers our orders, the drinks always taste phenomenal, and everyone there is super friendly!

Absolutely love this place. Their tea is amazing and the entire place has such a nice vibe. Theres plenty of board games there as well. I heard theres a karaoke room, but havent been in there yet. I dont want to get bubble tea from anywhere but from here! :)

The hours were not correct. We drove 45 minutes one way to get bubble tea (this is the nearest place to get the tea) and the hours say theyre open both on google and the door and theyre closed.

Absolutely a gem of Kent. Their menu contains a wide variety of bubble and yogurt teas, and they mange to make them all high quality. I think theres an option for everyone here that theyd enjoy, and the pricing and quality beats out the more chain bubble tea offerings you might find at malls.Inside they offer a pleasant and small environment to hang out in. They offer some English and some Chinese board games, which is an interesting selection you dont find many other places.They only have a few staff members but Ive come to really appreciate just how nice they are every time I go.I would recommend being careful entering the parking lot, its a bit of a steel bump that can easily scratch low cars, but thats not something this business can change.

Ha!Tea has fantastic bubble tea in a massive amount of flavors and styles and the price is an amazing value for what you get. The interior is both comfy and eclectic, and they have a large variety of boardgames to borrow. My kids always want to stop when we are heading back home after a trip to Kent, and they usually have to apply very little pressure to convince me or my wife to do so.

I absolutely love this place. My family and I have been looking for a local boba shop for a long time and recently have found this hidden gem. We travel a good distance just to get our teas and each time the barista is always so polite and helpful while we order oodles and boodles of teas just because we live so far away. I definitely recommend this place to anyone curious about this place and from one boba lover to another, try their honeydew melon tea, its fantastic!

Ha!Tea is a perfect, authentic bubble tea house. They have a great variety of drinks and the women that own this place are wonderful. My favorite drinks are the Seasalt Cheese Tea, Almond milk tea, Okinawan Brown Sugar Tea, and Lemon Yogurt drink. You dont want to miss this place!

I love bubble tea, and this shop in particular has a great menu and a great interior. A large panel next to the resister is covered with colorful sticky notes that people have doodled or written on, and there are board games available to sit with and play. The variety of flavors is very diverse, and the boba (bubbles) they use has a good consistency.

I go in here several times a week on my home from work. The staff couldnt be friendlier and the tea is just so dang good. I try to take my kids on the weekends because they love it too. The atmosphere is really cool. Lots of neat decorations and toys. I really like the place.

This is one of the most adorable and eclectic tea stops Ive ever been to! The moment you walk in, you get a warm amd friendly aura about the place. I will say- if you plan on bringing a lot of friends be prepared to be stepping on some toes. Its not the largest establishment, but it definitely makes up for it with its exotic drink selection and quirky seating arangements. I was so surprised at how reasonable the drinks were when it quickly came time for me to order. I was able to get both my sister and I a decent sized drink with just some spare dollars in my wallet. Ordering was a bit intimidating, as the menu was written in a very small font and Im genetically inferior optically. All I can say is come on in and get an adorable taste of the bubble tea culture!

They made me the most amazing strawberry lemonade ice tea with strawberry Bobas which is not on their menu but just ask and they will make you one too, havent had a drink this good since I lived in Texas!

Ive been going here for quite some time now and I still absolutely adore it. The service is very efficient and the owners are friendly. The sitting area is very clean with lots of fun games to choose from. Great atmosphere, great music, and awesome service.

This place is super cute and the folks who work there are amazing. They are fantastic at matching great flavor combinations and are super sweet people. The atmosphere is quirky and fun and they have a fairly wide selection of delicious teas to choose from. My family and I love going here!

From a country that is famous for different kinds of tea - Taiwan, I definitely love Assam bubble tea the most. Some other flavors are just a bit weird with bubble. Also the popping pearl (yogurt flavor) tastes the best in their yogurt drinks. Anyways, its nice to know a place where reminds me of my hometown since Ive been traveling for several months.

The lady behind the counter was beyond rude. And the bubble was slimy on the outside and hard as a rock inside. Just horrid

They have many many flavors, both more traditional and more Americanized flavors. Non dairy milk options are available. Also sells cookies and bubble waffles. Quiet atmosphere, good for studying. Friendly service and also has chinese board games to play.

The milk is decent but the boba is pretty bad . Hard, and without any taste. Not a good chew. Just bought it, took a sip, and sadly I cant finish it. Perhaps boil the boba longer.

It was my first time there and it was awesome! I got a honeydew melon no boba, and my boyfriend got a lychee with boba and coconut jelly. It was delicious! Then we got waffle bubble which was pretty good as well. Cute establishment, it looked like a cool place to get some work done, or just a casual hangout.

I wont be returning here. This is the THIRD TIME I have arrived during standard business hours and they are not open. Not a holiday. Weekend hours state they open at 11:30a. Shows it on their social media sites. On their door. Arrive at noon, and its pitch black inside.Its a waste of my time and gas, and completely unprofessional.

This has been my favorite boba place since highschool. I live 25 minutes away now and I will still make the drive if Im craving it. the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cute and cozy. I get extra sweetener in my tea and the taste isnt artificial like other places in the area. Ive never gotten a drink I wasnt happy with. definitely recommend :-)

I LOVE HA! TEA!!! Weve been here quite a few times. My favorites have been the honeydew and rose teas. I also really really enjoy the coconut jelly. The ladies working are super helpful and will make recommendations. Go with what they recommend- always worth it. Also, the decor is great! 5+ stars!!!

Charming little boba tea store. Very welcoming and relaxing interior. Extensive options for tea. One of the more reasonably priced options in town. One curious note, they do not seal the top of your cup like most boba tea places do. They just put a standard removable lid on it.

We used to go to Ha often, their tea is delicious! BUT, the past two times we visited- once at 11:15am and just right now at 11:30am- they were not open even though their hours posted online and on the door say they open at 11am. We live about 45minutes away, so we were extremely disappointed. And probably disappointed for the last time. We will be going to their competitor from now on, who is always open when they say they are.

Hands-down the best bubble tea place in Kent. Their staff is super sweet, the atmosphere is really cute and relaxed, and their boba is perfectly cooked every time. My favorite flavors are their seasonal ones that are out from around late October to December. I recommend their caramel apple crisp bubble tea and a bubble waffle!

I had the milk mango bubble tea with peach boba. It was great! I neglected to take a picture as I was driving. I look forward to the next one.

Yesterday was the first time I went to Ha! Tea to get my regular matcha drink with extra boba. I was quickly disappointed when, I took the first sip and the bobas were undercooked. I’m unsure if they rinsed the boba after it was cooked because, there was a strong syrup bottom in the cup. Sadly, I will not be returning to this place for the matcha drink.

If I could have given - Stars I would have unfortunately it does not have that feature. Order the waffle got it after an hour and it was burned and flavorless. The board games are nice but cant play they are in a different language. The girl who attended us had an attitude problem.

First off HA Tea by far is going to be the new starbucks.... I love the tea so many flavors and I love the service! Also the caring attitude that they had. Me and my friends did not have enough money to get three teas we had 6 dollars.. They gave us one for free and payed for half of one. Totally in love

HA!Tea is our go to place for bubble tea. They have a lot of options and flavors and consistently delicious. The have rewards programs and new speciality drinks every month. The only thing I have gotten there is the Pineapple Slush, but only because it was too sweet for my taste. Relaxing enviroment and helpful staff.

I love their tea! The laid back atmosphere is also perfect for enjoying you bubble tea. Free boardgames you can play but mostly are Chinese. Cant fault them for that since its their target group.

9 out of 10 times, the tea and tapioca was delicious. it fills my belly like a large meal. one time i got over-cooked tapioca balls, so going earlier in the day is probably better than later.

My favorite bubble tea place, by far the best one I’ve been to in Ohio. Everything is delicious and their specials are both tasty and creative! I love the pink lavender special but I’m also a big fan of the Lychee yogurt tea with aloe jelly in it. The staff are all super friendly, the place itself is adorable, and everything is delicious. Absolutely a place I would reccomend.

AMAZING!!! Delicious tea and the most chill atmosphere ever. Friendly helpful staff. Choices for adults (caffeine, boba, etc) and children (yogurt drinks which where just like juice and bubbles instead of boba). I will definitely be driving back to Kent to visit this place!
