The company I work for has a Epilog Mini that I use almost every day. Today I had to move the Mini and called about changing my computer settings for use with out using the router. Tim talked me through it step by step and when finished it worked without a hitch. All the staff at NW laser systems have been nothing but helpful and courteous. There customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Thank You NW Laser for being there when I need you.

I feel confident that this is a quality product but you’re only as good as people you do business with and to set you up with a leasing company that wants a size 40% interest on overpriced later? 40% is that even legal? If you have a good product like the base yourself with people that are highly charging higher interest in paycheck loans has very poor very negative taste in her mouth. It causes to do extra research and we found out that this company Does not have a good Better Business Bureau Rating. We are not referring to this local business here in the area Kent We are simply referring to the apologue laser company to which they represent

I recently saw a post with one star. Ridiculous and dumb! This is my 3rd EPILOG laser purchase and there is not a better company in the industry. So far as Northwest Laser systems goes.... Their customer service is 2nd to NONE! I have gotten tech support on the off hours and even weekends. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They make my business look good and Ive been engraving for over 35 years. When I buy my next machine it will be from NORTHWEST LASER SYSTEMS! You will be hard pressed to do any better. Pay no attention to the previous review. Get your own financing if you like, but dont bash a Great Company with outstanding customer service!!!! Id give them TEN STARS if allowed.

After a year of fighting with a junk Chinese laser, I bit the bullet and went for an Epilog Mini18. Northwest Laser happened to have one being refurbished and available for lease, and were able to make sure that it would be finished in time to pick up before Thanksgiving, with just a few days between inquiry and picking it up. Theyve been very helpful in figuring out the ins and outs of this machine. Not only am I impressed with their customer service, Im gobsmacked by what the Epilog can do.

My wife and I purchased an Epilog Mini 24-60 watt laser system a little over 3 years ago and it has been an amazingly reliable system. We use it almost every day and it has never failed us. The precision and accuracy of both the cuts and rasters (engraving) are wonderful. We also purchased a BOFA fume extractor and it also has won our praise.We purchased our equipment from Tim at Northwest Laser Systems. He gave us a good price and did not subject us to any high pressure sales. Every thing arrived on time and in good working order. Communication was great. We have since purchased a few supplies from him and the same has held true each time. Great products and service!
