I arrived right after closing time and still was let in to be assisted. I wish I got the name of who helped me because I’m so happy about it! Great customer service and he didn’t make me feel like a bother

I came here for the notary services, and I should admit it was a good experience. Chris was very friendly and helpful. He politely answered all the questions I had. The visit was pretty quick. All the workers were friendly and nice. Thank you!

Very professional i like using ups to ship

Ive been using this store for a couple years since I moved to the area, and I used to manage a print and ship department. Ive also been in Customer Service for 30+ yrs. I visited today to ship an Amazon return. Rachel made the process super easy, even though I wasnt prepared the way I should have been. She was a consummate pro! And while she was fixing my problem I watched Deets (hope I spelled that correctly) handled another customer just as deftly and I got to see a good team in action. Its always a pleasure but these two were awesome. Thanks guys.

Great service here. The notary is here later, usually close to close, unlike other local UPS stores. Both the lady at the counter and the gentleman that notarized my documents where super helpful and pleasant! I almost left my ID and the lady was kind enough to catch me at my car to give it back. Awesome :)

The staff at the Kent store could not have been more patient and kind to me each time I am there.

This UPS location is awesome! Im send out several packages a week, and because Im in a wheelchair, its very difficult to get out and carry all the packages in. The employees here always come out to my car and grab them for me. They are always so nice when they come to help me. I couldnt ask for better customer service than that. Every employee here deserves a raise!

The staff here are always super helpful and pleasant! They answer all questions with a smile. I always leave this store feeling great!

DO NOT use this store to ship anything. They will take your package print you a receipt and then your package will never be entered into the system. It mysteriously disappears and it becomes your problem. STAY AWAY they are worthless!!!!

I called regarding two packages that were supposedly delivered to me but came up missing. Unbeknownst to me, the store does not handle missing packages or things of that sort, which is fine. But instead of telling me this when I called and quickly explained my situation, the young man left me on hold for 10 minutes and could be heard ringing up/checking out other customers. Even if the store was busy, I am a customer as well, and I deserved to be helped. I hung up and called back, and was sent to voicemail, which was rude. I called back again and a young lady answered. She is the one who told me who to call regarding my situation, which is what the young man should have done in the first place instead of being rude to me. Employees should be more courteous and exude the best customer service to ALL of their customers.

I dont feel good when I go to this store....they will take too much prices on every service...for just one paper printout they will take 3$ and always try to loot money from people. If I ask anything immediately they wilk say not available and ask to take available one in the store... Which cost double the price of what we have asked. I have asked a envelope to deviler my goods and they gave me the envelope which costs double the price. I dont know why this people do like this.

I get that businesses are in business to make money but over $17 to send a fax?! That’s what my friend, a veteran who needed to send paperwork to the government, was charged today! Outrageous!

The hours say 9am they open I sat there till 930 with my new born in the car and no one is there to open the store after I already went to the one in stow that is no longer there hopefully Cuyahoga falls location is open
